I called it back from my Google Voice account to maintain my privacy and it just rang.
They are preying on people getting unemployment benefits as the Chase UI debit cars all begin with 511182 as far as I can tell. It takes a real scum bag to try and rip off out of work people.
Sadly they are spoofing the email address and unless the carriers start rejecting messages that are not sent with a "reply to" address on the same provider this wont stop. Unlike regular email, you are unable to get the headers from this and see the actual source to report it to the provider.
