I just got a call at work from this number. I thought they are not allow to a place of business?

This is Arrow Financial Services and they are calling and harassing debtors' employers.

Our office gets calls from 888-362-5811 several times a week.  This phone number belongs to debt collection agency.  The person they are looking for has not work for us in over 4 years.
