there is a justin and kendra and brittney that is using that 888 364 1123 number that is scamming people out of  $19.95 from newusagrants

took money from my card and havent gave me no service for it

Yeah, I just got the same call from New USA Grants from this Middle Eastern accentuated gentleman who was very adamant about my only needing to pay $1.95. I told him how I looked this up on the internet right now and that I see complaints against their service from people who paid for this $1.95 on their credit card and that they could never get through to any people when he wasn't able to get a grant to cancel his service and then they charged him another $19.95 for the next month of services and how when you can get through to them the amount of time you will have to spend waiting and jumping through hoops to get your money back isn't worth the time and effort of anything that you will ever get because they claimed this was a scam and wasn't a legitimate service. They called me on a number that on my caller identification indicated that both the name and the number were "unavailable". I told the gentleman that I didn't have a credit card when he asked me, "... So what credit card would you like to use to pay this $1.95 today?" Well his answer to that was, "You don't have to worry about this because we will not give your information out to anyone!" Well that wasn't even the issue that I was making. So there are so many indications that this isn't a legitimate business. He even asked me if he can call me back when I got a charge card to pay this over the phone. I asked him, "How about if you give me your number and I will call you back!" He said, "Oh it doesn't work that way because you can't actually call me you can only call the company for grant services... so I will just call you back... what time would you like me to call you today?"
What a crock of s*it!

I have been getting calls from them saying they want to process the legal paperwork/ application process for a postage and handling fee of like $1.95.  The person who has called me seems to speak with a middle eastern accent and they are very persistent.  
on my cell phone it comes up as 234   there is no number to call back.
