This is for payday loan collection. I asked for orginal creditor and they gave me OPD Solutions. They said the lawyer checked out with my employer that I was working at the time of the loan and with my bank to see if I received the funds. I asked for the lawyers name and they said it had not been assigned to one yet. How can a lawyer check my info but not be assigned? I asked for the state licence # and they said they didnt have it for their client. I ask for their state license # to collect in my state and they said I am trying to find out excuses not to pay. I said I am trying to verify everything and they said they will note I refused their offer and hung up. Check your state to see if payday loans are illegal. They are trying to tell me this was an installment loan. I dont have any installment loans from April 2012. So unless they are licensed in your state dont pay anything!! They also use ph# 877-224-3644

Calls leaving threatening messages about regions bank. The bank says they are scam artists!

This number just called me asking if I was related to someone that I am not.  They said they were DRA Legal Services.  They couldn't tell me anything else and I didn't give them the opportunity to try and con me.

These same people called my wife just moments before but from a different phone number.

is a company  wanting money  but will not give info.    They have no info on me,  nor my address,  only my telephone number.

calls  and says  I owe money,   wants us to wire funds  ASAP
