This number is from a telemarketer for "Renewable Energy".  They want to sell you solar products.

they want to qualify you for an energy saving program that you are entitled to because people in AZ already paid for it.  They want to schedule an energy saving educational session to see how they can save you money on your energy bills.  "No money up front." She said,  "The entire program was passed by congress to reward home owners for helping the country to go green and become independent on foreign oil and the program is free."  I asked when the consultants come out and I wanted solar panels  how much out of pocket should I expect.  She said it would be completely "free"  Hmmm, solar panels are not cheep. I said I wasn't interested
