I too am being harrassed by this company, The debt they claim I owe has been paid & I have proof, I called this company & was put on hold I wanted to see if anyone answered I held my phone from 10:15 until 12:10 listening to music, I hung up & called again I  was talked to in a very rude manner & threathened to take me to court on a bill I could prove I paid. I called again to ask for a fax number so I could send them proof of payment, the hateful man said if I called again they would swear out a warrant for harrasement against me... I called a lawyer & he said they couldn't touch me , but the man (wouldn't give me his name ) kept saying he would swear out a summons & take me to court......I've been living in HELL now for 3 weeks with this company......I'm having to check caller I D before answering my phone...

Have you gotten them to stop calling, this place is calling people who aren't even related to me or have a direct link to me.

Phone calls from this number being placed to family members and strangers in regards to me being summoned and they need to serve paperwork.
Nothing on record, this is a scam!

Rec'd a call stating a had maliscious intent to defraud a corporation and authorities have been warned and I wll be served a summons at my place of employment.  

NO ONE has a right to threaten someone in order to collect an a debt.  This is against the law therefore I suspect this is fraud.  Besides I owe no one anything!
