So far today, which is a Sunday, this number has called me 5 times. The first call was at 1:38pm and the last was at 5:20pm

The guy from Capital One that called me was rude and even though I am on the account he refused to talk to me. He wanted to know the where abouts of my husband. I told him I was on the account and all he would say is where is your husband and when will he be home. Made me feel a little uneasy. I also don't appreciate them all just about every hour.

capital one calls me at least 10 times a day. And i am not extending the truth at all. Isn't there a law to where they can only call a certain amount of times a day before it is harassment? This guy was so rude. Oh, and FYI they have a calling center in Iran!!! Don't give THEM any information. They're laws are different there. By the way they have tons of phone numbers.
