This phone number called me at 2:30 am! Did not leave a message and when I called back, an automated voice stated "the person at extention **** is not availible at this time, please leave a message." Isnt it illegal for businesses to call you in the middle of the night?

Got a call saying my debit card was lost,push 1,for security dept.8 am,i was still asleep,I pushed 1 and they hung up ...I'm worried what I authorized with out knowing it
