Mr. Raymond called one of my elderly clients from 888-399-1956.  His caregiver gave me the information and I returned his call.  
They claim to be a Law Firm but couldn't talk with me - only with the elderly client or his care giver.  I told them I was his representative and could help them.  Mr. Raymond ask me if I could send them my POA.  I told them that they needed to tell me what I would be sending it for.
Mr. Raymond then put me on hold and told me he needed to speak to his representative.  Mr. Victor Paulino took over the call, said he had sent out a packet the beginning of the month addressing the situation.  Well, there was NO packet.  I told him to send one again, because I get all the mail and we didn't receive one, and I would address the problem.  We conversed further then he finally said "good day man."  I paused and said, " Mr. Paulino, are you there?"  He said "Yes," and then hung up.
I am certain thy were fishing for someone that is an easy pray they could get some money out of.  Scrupulous people praying on the innocent elderly.

Have received numerous calls from this number.  Person asks to speak to owner but won't leave any contact # and says she'll try back later.

I just called the number back and dialed 0.  I asked for our number to be removed from their calling list and the operator was very pleasant, said "no problem," and wished me happy holidays.  Very nice.  I hope our number is actually removed.

This company has called several times and their reps are EXTREMELY rude every time. One woman even called me an idiot for "not wanting to save the company money." I went to the website listed here in an earlier post, called the number and asked to be removed from the call list. Hopefully it works.

Received call just few minutes ago from a lady who said she was with Payment Solutions.  She was trying to get information out of me as to how much we do a month is credit cards and they could save us a bunch of money.  When I told her I do not release that type of information over the phone, she got very rude.  After telling her several time she could fax me over information and then I would talk to her, she got mad and almost screaming "WE CAN SAVE YOU LOTS OF MONEY"  YEA RIGHT.....  So I in turn started being just as rude to her as she was to me, told her she was wasting my time and my companies time and that the phone call was going to end.  Hung up on her.  SCUM BAGS.............

They  call  all of the time & never leave a message - bug my office ladies relentlessly.  I finally took their call and boy, they were going to save my company all kinds of money.  Said my company qualified for reduced rates for credit card acceptance. Was insistent on setting up an appt.   I told her I could not do an appt, she said we would be able to handle everything over the phone in that case, but I would need to fax her my merchant statements.  Actually considered it until I read these posts - Thank you to everyone for taking the time to post your stories. You all just saved me A BIG headache!

WE made an appt. but it was a no show.  They called again to to set up an appt. and had no record of our company.  Called the number, option ), and asked to remove our phone number.

These jerks call ALL the time. They always ask for the owner of the company- because we all know that business owners have plenty of time to take these kinds of solicitations.

I tell them the owner of the company isn't available and ask them for a phone number to call them back- but they can't give that number out? wtf?

How am I supposed to buy their awesome unsolicited services to save my company thousands and thousands of dollars if I can't call them back? I'm obviously an idiot and am surprised I'm still in business without their help!

Said he was from payment solutions and states that they are the main company that all credit cards go through. Very vague about who they were and what he wanted. Funny, if I was already going through them why didn't he have the info already. Just another POS.

Thank you to this posting site....I had a message left asking to speak to the owner regarding compliance issues with our TPID number, so of course I think it is the State calling but when I called back a recording answered indicading they are called Payment Solutions I hung up then  I started looking up their number and found these posting so I called back and asked to be taken off their list and the women named April still continued to try and sell me her product, I just kept repeating myself "Take me off your list" she finally gave up....

SUPPOSEDLY a (Merchant Account) Credit Card Processor.  From the background noise on the call, it's a telemarketing boilerroom.  Why would I give business details to such an incoming call, especially when the caller was hesitant to give details about whom she represents?

Our office just received a call from this number.  April, at x0012 of this number, from PFC Payment Solutions said she was calling regarding a merchant account.  After reading the emails posted here there is no way I am passing along this message.

These are people trying to sell Merchant Services.  They try to get you to sign up and then charge astronomical Merchant Card processing fees.  Buyer beware.......

This guy called and I said "I'm sorry, we don't take calls like this" and the rude a** hole replied ,"pffft, what do you mean 'calls like this'" and I replied, "solicitors." Then he said "pffhhu, I'm not selling anything, but whatever...." and then he hung up. What a rude dude.

Caller asking for owner, told the lady, he was not in and asked to take message. She said no and would call back. I told her if she could not have the common curtsy to leave a message then her business is not that important to the owner. This is a busy office. I told her also that is the owner policy to advise the call to not call back if they can not leave a message. She said how would i know. I told her because she refussed to leave message and to let the owner elect to call or not call. I asked her to remove this phone from her companies call list. She said she would make note of the request, and her parting shot was that she didnt like being told to not call again.
