It is amazing how much information they have on people.  When I called back and questioned them on the message they left for someone I do not know they said to wait by the door as a process server will be there shortly.  I told them to go for it.  Can't wait.

these people have been calling me for about 8 months saying i owe for a company that i have contacted and that company that i have never done business with them this has got to be a complete scam

I received a message (automated) yesterday from 800-764-0544 and they supplied me with a docket number.  I never responded.  I actually ended up calling my police dept. a few weeks back because of a scam such as this.   When you ask these people for information, the become angry or they threaten you more.   They count on the fear, wh ich is how they get their money.   I have been in law for over 20 years and have never notified any one of a complaint.  Not to mention I do not have any hard paper work on whatever matter they are calling in reference too and if you ask for it, you won't get it either.  Some idiots like Disgusted above think because a person may owe (allegedly) money they're liars.  Most of these companies do not provide paper work even when you ask them to provide it.    Some debts have limitations on them on them.  Please do not provide any  information to anyoen claiming you owe money.  You are enttiled by law to dispute the alleged debt; I can bet nobody here received paper work.  

Friends who have responded to these threats have ended up having to close out bank acccounts because money goes missing; naturally at this point, the company does not return phone calls and the money continues to disappear.

Not record of them with the Florida Bar......there address is a strip mall and the ste number doesn't exist, there docket numbers a fake... call the Att..Gen in florida file a complaint

I get this call once a week, for over a year now, at my office number.  It is a pre-recorded message stating to call 800.764.0544, the law firm of Lipsomb, Burns, regarding docket number 53486. Well I work at a law firm, so I went online to the Circuit Court of Cook County, and looked up docket number 53486, and guess what?  They are missing a number.  Docket numbers are 6 digits, not 5 digits, and this docket number does not exist.  So they are so stupid, they did NOT even get the docket number correct.  I have $0 balances on all of my credit cards, so who knows what they want.  Just ignore it, don't get scared, just be smarter than they are.

ITS SO SAD THAT A BILL COLLECTOR HAS TO RESPOND TO A 800 NOTE. YOU SHOULD BE WORKING RATHER THAN GETTING UPSET. GO BACK TO YOUR SCAM

You no doubt are affiliated with these scammers Mr. "Disgusted."  You are obviously trying to scare people into paying debts they don't owe, and even if they did, you are utilizing illegal practices to collect the debts.  I am an attorney who is representing someone you have tried to scam.  I'm personally going to pursue finding out who you really are and finding these people some justice.

I also spoke with that killian man and his boss.and they were talkin about takin me to court and putting fraud on my name.what the hell does that mean anyways put fraud on my name.long story short dont give out ur info unless u have papers telling u why their contacting u!and if u state to them i know the law and i dispute these charges and further more i would like to be contacted in writting only.u wont hear from them anymore.and if u do that harrasmeny.but u have to b firm with them!

these people keep calling my office and leaving full voicemails with a lot of detail for someone else.  I can tell you the personal details of one of my coworkers.  I've forwarded the msgs to him and told him to hire an attorney.  I hope he gets a big payday from these folks.

I just received a pre-recorded call about being served by some company at the number 888-316-2160.  When I called I got the operator who I can assume is a dialer for a collector.  When I asked the name of the company, she stated that it was Lipson, Burns and Klein in Davie, FL.  When I googled the company info,this is not their number nor have they ever heard of these people. When I called in to get more info they would not give it to me and said that I had a bad check for a payday loan.

KW,  i just received a call from George Killian (yeah, just like the Irish beer), saying I am to call at 800-764-0544. Even had a docket number and all that jazz. extension 517. I tried to look their office up on google, no such luck. nice eh? What did they say to you?

I BELIEVE I WAS SCAMMED BY THIS NUMBER #1-888-391-2134 SO I PLAN ON CHANGING MY ACCOUNT AND DEBIT CARD NUMBERS TO TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM THEM IF IT WAS REALLY A FRAUD.

They are calling me at work and on my cell saying if i dont contact in 24 hrs they will serve me with papers for attys epstein and rothman for class d felonies do i need to get myself an attorney as i do have some issues but have never been threatened like this before! They called me at work and told me to call sharon collins at 8883912134 within 24hours or they would serve me papers. I am being sued, and need to call them asap. I do not know who these people are.

Just received a voice mail as well from 8883912134.  Was told that I needed to inform my employer that they were going to serve me papers at my work and my home address.  Told me that at my home address to make sure I did not have dogs or guns in the home.  My employer has not received a fax but made them aware.

called me at work was not available so they left a message to call them and told them i had 24 hours to contact them or will be served.
