I haven't received a phone call, but I believe my mother did years ago. She has been having $8.95 taken from her account since. I have called this number and also get the recording and no return calls. Her bank says they can't do anything about it. How can we get this stopped?

How can you get the automatic debit removed or stopped from your bank account? My mother has had it taken out for about 5 years already!

that is one of the numbers of Pacific Network Services, possibly a lottery scam. you can have the charges stopped if they are being automatically debited from your bank account. When you call the phone number you reach a recording and they do not return calls. When I went to the bank and they called to verify the charge they gave another phone number, when I called that phone number it automatically referred me to another area code and phone number which is answered as an apartment complex. When I did a search for Pacific Network Services it lists some court actions against them.

I do not know who they are but they are charging my client $8.95 A MONTH for something. He is 82 years old. There 24 hour help line is a recording that will return a call in 48 hours. Probably a scam or worthless product.
