These are the same scam artists that previously would phone and fax impersonating a legitimate company that deals with credit card processing.  They are out of California.  When they fax now, pretending to be the Your Construction Times Newsletter, the fax number that appears on the identifier line reads 888-400-0236.  HOWEVER - even THAT is a scam.  When purposely interfering with the fax receive process to get it to fail, the fail report identifies the TRUE number of origin, which is (605)655-6633.  Don't worry - hang up on them immediately.  Do not every pretend to acknowledge them. Be as rude to them as they are to you.  They stop.  Of course, they only turn up again under a different bogus name and try and scam all over again.  There's a special place in Hell for these people.

This is a scam fax from "Your Construction Times", or so it says on the fax.  Claiming that they are going "green" and that they want you to go online and supply them with your email address so they can send you their "Your Construction Times Newsletter" via email and save paper on mailers.  This is a scam to obtain your email address and them you get spammed to death.  The President of our company certainly has no so-called free subscription in the first place - clearly these scammers got OUR fax number from a list some other scammer sold or shared with them.
