Cold call from an East Indian(sounding) lady identifying herself as 'Jennifer' who claims some kind of Malware has infected my laptop and main computer through Windows 7, She claims her company is a subcontractor for Windows 7 support, but that it was not affiliated with Microsoft. The website she claims contains her 'support tools' is at www.supportonecare.com

I terminated the call at this point stating flatly that I would do some checking before going to this website.
I received this call at 8:45 pm Pacific Time. The timing of the call, the knowledge they seemed to possess regarding my computer all seems very suspicious to me.

Any one else have any dealings with this company.

In the morning I do intend to call Microsoft directly and see what they have to say.
