This sounds very familiar.  I am still getting the nasty notes saying that i owe the $499 even though i had a note on the invoice from a year ago telling me that I would be taken off the call list.  I paid and yet here we are again.

Did they ever get hold of you again?

We are a company out of massachusetts and keep getting calls from a 1-888-412-6986 number and they first say that the are "Crawlguide" or another name they go by when calling is "CJ Online" and are saying that are company owes $499 and that they got authorization from the top?  I asked them if they have a signature of this service that we have requested?  No, they said.  Ok, well fax us the invoice that we owe you?  And they said that they have and now that I'm lying because I have never gotten the invoice?  When I asked to speak to their legal department so that I could find out some information, I had gotten hung up on!!  So, I called back and requested again, to speak to their legal department again, she asked "Who is this" I told her my name, and she said that no one was available to speak to me in their legal department and if I continued to be rude I could talk to an answering machine?  Guess, we will see if they call again?

I keep getting these invoices from Crawl Guide in Canada.  I reside in the US.  Why would I want to advertise on a international basis.  We are a small company with 4 employees.  
they tell me they have me on a recording.  It is me, but I don't remember ever agreeing to it.  I tell them to cancel it, they say they did, but that I still owe for the invoices.  These companies are a ripoff.  Has anyone else been ripped off from them?
