they called me today to trying to get money off me what this real for you or fake i need to know so i can solve it if its real.

I recieved a call from a women named Diane or Diana Bryant, threating to get me arrested that evening or the following day to top it off there looking for someone named Heather.

I keep getting a call from this number threatening to have me arrested or issued a summons for a payday loan that I got almost 4 years ago.They even told me that they have sent info. to the state and federal govt. to without my income tax.I spoke with a lady from Fuller Law Firm and she said these people can only take you to court if they provide you proof that you owe the debt.They have not done that.Anybody else know who these people are?
