they called my house phone

called my house phone.  i called it back from a different phone.  the automated system said they were winter or windam professionals.  might be collections agency as the options were regarding student loans (sallie mae?) and medical bills.  i have a sallie mae loan that is not overdue and i have a medical bill but the one they mentioned did not sound familiar.  they didnt leave me a message when they called.

Asked who the hell they were calling me constantly. sa\id i was sleeping. woman said, "YOU SHOULD BE UP AT THIS HOUR." I said F*** YOU! and hung up.

Just got another call from this number.  It is an automated message with a call back #.  I have called them back several times.  This is another arm of the mismanaged Sallie Mae college loan collection team.  Odd though, no one in our family has ever had a college loan.  Stated that they would remove our number but its just a lie to passify.  They keep calling at least once every 10 days. Only thing to do is update these informational blogs.

I am tired of these stupid calls.
How can they be prevented in the future?

NO LONGER WANT THESE CALLS.

Called, had an attitude, insisted on speaking with my wife only, wouldn't tell me anything about the nature of the call or even what company they were with.  

Started asking me questions about who I was, wanted my wife's cell number and work number.
I gave them nothing and reminded them, they called me!

Told them they need to provide more information or I am hanging-up.

They refused, and I did (hang-up)
