I fell for this bogus loan scam. I , like the rest of you, was in a financial strain . I was offered 5000 at 6.5% interest. I sent 976.00 . Was called the next day and told that inorder to get the loan, another 976 had to be sent to Canada. Needless to say, like the rest of you, Neil Harper calls me and it fell through again. BUT, they could give me a 10,000 loan. I declined, asked to get my money back. They said i could get the money back on Oct24. I never saw it. I called the company back. The line was disconnected, internet site shutdown. I had to take a few payday loans to get things back on track. Im still in the hole. If anyone gets any results from catching these people. Let me know. I hope these son of bi****s enjoy the money now, because it will come back and bite them in butt. Always does.

I too fell victim to this scam!  I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night.  I was getting to loan to catch up on bills anyways and then lost another $1800+ to them!  My car payment, utilities were shut off, rent was unpaid and when I called my orignal loan officer, crying he acted like he had no idea why I wouldn't have my fund yet.  I was "scheduled" to get my refund on 10/24 but still do not have it!  I have contacted georgia government and I am waiting for a response!  Please keep us informed if anyone gets more info!

They got me to. Promised me a 43,000.00 loan if I would pay 4,140.00. Called back and wanted another $4,140.00 which I was stupid enough to wire to Jennifer Fowler in Consort AB Canada. Never got the loan or a refund. Now the phone number and website are down. If anyone knows how to get in touch with these b*****ds please let me know.

Same story happened to me. I was suppose to get a loan for $5000. Sent 2 payments of $944. Then was told the lender backed out but they had another loan for $10000.00. But I had to send another 1800. I said no that i could only pay $600. They said they would cover the rest. Then the next day they changed there mind and wanted the whole thing. I said no and wanted refund. They said I had to wait till 10/10/08 to get my refund. Now they dont pick up the phone and website is down. I want to catch these mother fuc****. Guys name on the website was neil harper. I sent money to Sandra Goldheart and Janice Cooper. Probably used fake id to pick up the money or maybe its their real names. Money was sent to Brandon Canada and Brooks Canada. I lost over $2400 to these people. Money I borrowed. Makes you not want to trust no one in this world.

We feel victim to the exact same thing.  My husband and I were having some troubles with our bills already so we needed a loan to get us up to date on them.  We received a call from this "company" were so excited that someone was going to finally help us out.  They were giving us 6000 dollars at 6% interest.  I guess we were just too stupid to listen to that voice telling us it sounded fishy because we scrounged up the money and sent them 1100 dollars.  This was our car payment, our phone bill, and food for us and our two children.  When we did not receive the money we called them back to find out why and the guy that had supposedly done the processing acted dumb like he didn't know what was happening.  Needless to say we never received any money or our deposit back.  I went on today and searched the address and they have already changed to another name!   We have to stop this before it happens to more people!!!  My husband is in the Air Force and we have the military working on it.  We are now going to inform them on what we have just found out.  Maybe this is what our government needs to focus on!  Not bailing out the people who already have millions of dollars!!

Yes, we have fallen victim to the same thing to the tune of 1888.00 . Our loan was approved the first time at a secured deposit of 944.00 after the money was wired to Canada to the supposed lender to speed up the loan process they never called or deposited the loan into our account , after a three calls to get in touch with our loan officer( ha,ha,ha) they finally told us that the loan was re-assessed and we needed to send another 944.00 to get the money . We had to spend part of our rent and car payments to send them the first down-payment now we had no choice but to send the rest of the downpayment to try and receive the loan . After borrowing money from family and friends we are now with out a place to live and behind on our other bills , still no direct deposit of the 5,000 or our security deposit back . Do not contact the Better Business Bureau they will refer you to Georgia Department of Banking & Financing  2990 Bradywine Road , Suite 200 Atlanta , GA 30341 , Phone (770)986-1269 URL:www.gadbf.org and you have to submit your complaint in writting or email . As of 10/10/08 when the money was suppose to be direct deposited into the account now their phone has been disconnected and they still have our account information and all our personal information .

Do not give in to this company, they are preying on people with undesirable credit. They tell you you are approved for a loan with investors who are willing to lend their money out with a small interest rate of 6%. they will tell you that this loan is only good for 1 more day and they will need an advance payment of 6 months from you to secure the loan and funds will be wired to your account the next day. No legitimate financial institution will ask for a advance payment, fees are usually taken after the loan docs are signed and in most cases fees can be added to the loan itself. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE FOOL YOU.

This in response to my earlier post. Brunswick Financial Group wich is supposedly located in Duluth Georgia, does not exsist.
If you get phone calls from them do not give them any information.
They are a scam, they prey on people in dire need of financial assistance.
They tell you that you are approved for a secured loan, but you will need to send in a lump sum initial payment. They take the money and you never hear from them again. We tried to find any information on them, internet, business license, phone company, to no avail.
They do have a very professional looking website, brunswickfinancial.net, stay away from these people.
