I've received the same message from Chris Waters saying that if I don't pay I will be involved in legal actions. I gave him my debit card and they were taking it out of my account every month. I recently changed my card  and once they call me for the card number I'm cussing them out. But that is just their tactics.  

These guys call my family in a threatening manner then call me like they are a bounty hunter. I don't appreciate some collector calling me threatening me to pay which is why I haven't called back.

I received this voice message every other day since last week on my home phone:

"This is the D W C group. We are contacting ***** ****** regarding a matter you are being implicated in(?). We have found her investigations of this complaint seems to be out of character for you. If you would like an opportunity to resolve this matter prior to any further proceedings. Please contact one of our mediators upon receipt of this message to discuss alternative arrangements. If you're unable to make arrangements with our mediator she-will(?) have an opportunity to allow them to submit a final statement on your behalf. Please dial zero to be connected directly or contact us at 8887024797."

This is becoming annoying! If they are debt collectors, they should follow the proper collections protocol. I have no outstanding debts.

Please have this company quit calling me.

I JUST RECEIVED THE SAME CALL FROM A CHRIS...VERY THREATENING...WILL NOT BE CALLING HIM BACK...PERIOD...HE CALLED MY JOB AND MY CELL...LEFT A MESSAGE STATING SOME TYPE OF LEGAL ACTIONS AND TO CALL AND SPEAK WITH A MEDIATOR...NO THANKS

got the same call about some payday loan called himself chris  would not sent letter verifying debt  just today I called him to again this time got tom asked for letter said would have within the hour  been almost 2 guess what no letter...

received this call on my desk phone at work.. saying he was from BWC Group and that I needed to call him back about a business matter that through their investigation wasn't my nature..gave me a case number.. the number to call back was 888-422-1913 ... the numbers showing on caller ID 715-201-4270  and SBC Local PR with no number showing..  don't know for sure which one left message.. I believe that if I owed anyone wouldn't they be sending me a registered letter in the mail?? I'm deleting and not answering.

they are calling for my daughter but they are using my number. they tell me to call micheal howe and dail o to get a mediator.

Called me at 620 pm claiming I owed a payday loan company from 2 years ago and when they tried to debit my account in 2011, the money was rejected because the account was closed. They wanted me to give them my debit card so that they could take out $72.50 each paycheck in order to fulfill my loan amount otherwise they were going to take me to court. I need to know if this company is legit.

Called for my brother in law saying he works at BWC Group... no clue what that is and neither does my brother in law.

claiming to be an accountant that works with some lawyer ... says my husband owes money but refuses to send a letter because "it wastes money"....i have a suspicion its a dirty bill collector doing things illegally.

Sal Peters has called me every day for the past 4 months, both on my cell, my work phone and my coworkers work lines. It's always been imperative that I call him back right away before legal action is taken.

Received the same info as above, but thought he said Sal Peters. No company name, had a file in his office I needed to call him back on and referenced a case number.  Called my employer, not my same cell number I've had for over 8 years. ??

10/10/12  Dale Peters from this number called another coworker of mine asking for me and stated it was imperative I return his call ref file no. xxx.
