This number keeps calling. Everytime it calls, whether the machine picks it up or I answer it, there is nothing on the other end! Wish it would stop and how can I stop it when there isn't anyone on the other end???

SAXON MORTGAGE
annoyed also 2012-03-11 21:17:10 Unknown
I agree with you 100%, it's definately harrassment!! It's Saxon Mortgage Your mortgage payments are going to pay their phone bills! Unfortunately someof us ended upith them if OUR previous mortgage company went bankrupt even though we were paying them as well!
Saxon doesn't get that we can only make a payment when we have the money in our account no matter how many times we tell them. That's making my regular monthly payments by the way as I had done with the other mortgage co.

I have never been late on a mortgage payment! I was told that my loan was sold to Saxon because it was a No Doc loan...based on my wonderful Credit Score.

Saxon Mortgage. I called them back after looking up this number. She said your up to date on your house note (I already knew that) I said that they had been calling so I was wondering why. She had to look into some "notes". She said they had been calling to see if the house was ok since we had a "disaster" in the area. There has not been any recent disasters in my area.

This number called our business for the last hour over 50 times with no one on the other end. Who do I complain to?
I don't a mortgage! 2011-08-26 22:28:11 Unknown
I constantly get calls from this number. What's annoying is that I don't have a mortgage and never have! Of course, it's impossible to get them to stop calling. Thanks to Google voice the calls are blocked and never ring on my phone! I can look at my log and see that they call me like 10 times a day.

I am not late on my mortgage, but do have late charges which push the balance up considerably. This causes it to trigger their automatic callers, and as such I get multiple calls every day. I have called them and reamed them out because I will not pay their late charges until I close out the loan - nor do you have to - they can NOT foreclose on your house if you don't pay these charges!! Trust me on this. Pay the P&I only, and tell them to suck it on their charges until you go to another lender, then pay those charges. Because I am not late on my mortgage, they are technically debt collectors (and will happily tell you so) and are violating federal law, I am slapping them with a "cease & desist" letter, as well as notifying my Attorney General and the FTC. Hopefully this will put them on notice.

GMU2, you need to be educated as to what a "troubled mortgage" is. SAXON does buy troubled mortgages, but that does not mean that any particular one of those mortgages are in bad standing. It means that they were classified as high risk. Read up on what caused the mortgage crisis and mortgaged-backed securities. SAXON buys subprime mortgages on the cheap, and regardless of whether or not mortgagees are paying on time, as per their original lender's contract, they will go to any means to squeeze whatever extra cash they can out of a cheap and bad deal.
Everyone getting calls: PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to your statements. They will sneak in fees you don't owe, escrow you are not contracted to pay, putting on-time payments in suspense and charging late fees while your money is sitting in their coffers useless, and any number of other slimy tactic. They tried these scummy methods with us, and I spent months trying to get it corrected to no avail. It wasn't until I sent a certified letter citing the RESPA act that they suddenly and quickly corrected it all. Anyone having issues like this, please follow the guidelines offered by HUD: http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/prog ... mh/res/reslettr

You think Saxon Mortgage is a good company? Saxon is SCUM, perhaps you should read up on what they did to a Deployed National Guardsman Sargent James Hurley who was in Irqa and lived in Michigan, this SCUMBAGS forclosed on his house while he was gone, against FEDERAL LAW.
Dont tell me Saxon Mortgage is a good company.....they are SCUM. Goole this....you might just have another thought........

no one responded.
Yeah Right 2011-05-20 00:52:19 Unknown
Actually they won't change the date. I tried it - they told me too bad. So now they call me and harass me over their fees instead, which I laugh at. Here's something that most people don't know: Saxon's additional fees do NOT need to be paid immediately. It's true - ask them if you do not pay it if they will come and foreclose on your house. The answer is no, plain and simple. Their fees are not part of the loan principle or interest. Pay that and you are fine. Tell them you'll catch them later and there's nothing they can do except tell you that's fine. I love doing this.

My mortgage was just transfered to Saxon this month. I have never been late with my previos mortgage company, so this cannnot be the case.
legaleagle 2011-03-16 23:03:16 Unknown
By the way in answer to the post from GMU2, I have never had a "troubled" mortgage, always pay on time, but have a new job and my wage schedule has changed to monthly so had to utilize the grace period this time. Maybe they have some troubled mortgages due to economy but they are a legit mortgage company and like anyone else call to see if there is a problem if they haven't received payment by grace period date. Also my loan has NEVER been in trouble and they called me--it has NEVER EVER been in trouble EVER in my life of owning property, I got my loan through them by MY choice so GMU2 you are not entirely correct on your assumptions.
legaleagle 2011-03-16 22:55:36 Unknown
I have had Saxon Mtg for like 12 years, no problem with them, unlike others I have had in the past, they do call though if they don't get payment by the last day of grace period. That is why they called me today, but I just paid mine 10 min before they called, told them and it was no big deal.
Mike Khan 2011-03-05 20:56:42 Debt Collector
Please desist from calling. My grace period is till the 16th of the month & you always receive the payment earlier than that but never post it till the 16th. Contact the clearing house that you are dealing with.
GMU2 2011-02-25 19:12:57 Debt Collector
Here is the deal. Saxon buys troubled mortgages. Even though you are not late today, at some point in your history you have or Saxon would not have the servicing. They have an automated calling system, so when your phone rings no one is connected on the calling end. Only after you start speaking does the voice activation start for the Saxon rep. They have the right to call you every day 100 times if you do not answer. HOW TO STOP THE CALLS: Mail your payment so they receive it on or before the due date. Can't pay it on the first? Tell them. They will change your payment due date. It's pretty simple. No I am not a Saxon rep. :)
GMU 2011-02-21 18:17:42 Unknown
Saxon has become our daily "wake-up" call. Half the time no one is there. The issue regarding the mortgage was settled a long time ago, and they know it. Now it's just harassment.
Barb 2011-01-11 17:00:03 Unknown
they are doing the same here but u have to write a letter to (customer relation p.o. box 161489 fort worth texas 76161) and tell them u want the calls to stop.it is very irrating.Maybe if we all send letters in they will stop it and the dead line is the 16th of every month.

Oh! ... they understand alright ... do a little research online and find out what kind of crap these idiots pull. I've had the same problem and now I'm facing a situation where they received a payment on the 4th of the month and as of today (the 11th of the month) it still has not been posted. After checking out complaints online,I'm getting a little paranoid about these guys .... I wouldn't put anything past them. Check out http://www.saxonwatch.com

Saxon calls 2-3 times per month regarding mortgage payments. I'm never late with payment, but calls start on the second of every month. Have told them not call, have been rude and cussed them out. These idiots don't understand-it's not late until the 16th of the month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
