If this is a true government agency why are they wasting tax payer dollars by working on a sunday?? Sounds like a scam to me. I did receive a census from the agriculture department on thursday jan 3. How about giving me time to fill the thing out. And by calling me during the Baltimore Ravens playoff game and expecting me to answer...nobody has time for that!!!

Caller in very broken English identified themselves as calling from something that sounded like Medicare and said I was going to receive a new Medicaid card. I said I was not on Medicaid and they tried to confirm my address and phone number, which was correct, but then asked for the name of my bank and I hung up.

Called 12/31/12 at 1550 hrs. Seriously? As others above write why in the Heck doesn't it say Dept of Ag and not just Toll Free Number or just leave a message. Filled out their census months ago, what's with the phone call? Can't wait for CommieCare efficiency like this...

WHO CALLS ME ON A SUNDAY AT 2PM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FOOTBALL GAMES AND EXPECTS SOMEONE TO ANSWER.... GTF OUTTA HERE..
IF YOU PEOPLE ARE CORRECT WHY DIDN'T THE CALLER ID SAY USDA, WHEN THE IRS CALLS IT SAYS US GOVT- IRS.. OR WHEN ANY OTHER GOVT AGENCY CALLS THEY IDENTIFY THEMSELVES LIKE SOCIAL SECURITY OR FEMA .
WHY DO THEY HAVE CONGRESS MAKE LAWS FOR THE CALLER UD TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES IF THEN THEY WON'T IDENTIFY THEMSELVES. THINK I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE FTC AS HARASSMENT.
