I live in n.c. and had ordered a sample of pur garciniacambogiaextract and all I had to pay was the shipping and handling which was$4.95 and that was all it was supposed to be. Then on my bank statement I have three new charges for something I didn't order neither do I have. Called this# that I found on the website and all I got was recordings. I had to cancel my card and apply for another one. I recommend that no one ever order from this site. It is a total rip off. I have been changed almost $200.00 dollars on my bank account for things that I did not order!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing happened to us as Austin.  Charged as "Health Web for $59.78".  We also called this number and got the same thing from the customer service rep "that we must have charged for some online service within the last 60 days."  That's all they could tell us.  They said they just did  "cancellations and refunds".  She said she would cancel it and issue a refund to our card and it would be posted within 10-15 business days.

We'll see....

I have a feeling this is another scam/identity theft and we'll end up having to cancel our card!

Same charge as Austin and Conroe--$59.78--appeared ON MY BANK STATEMENT  from HEALTH WEB888-427-5768 888-427-5768 NV 25 on July 1 as though I had recently authorized access and payment--but I didn't. The only related event I can remember is that about six months ago I purchased and received a health product, Colon Cleanse 1500, but cancelled the monthly order and automatic payments after one shipment. The product shipments were stopped, as requested. But now I wonder if this fraudulent charge comes from that information source.

I got the same charge on my account. I called them 2 weeks ago and the lady asked what I would like done and I told her I didnt purchase anything she stated that she only processed refunds amd cancellations and she would process a refund. I asked her how could she process a refund if 1) she didnt know which company the purchase was supposedly made from and 2) if I hadnt provided her with any account info. she said using my name she could do it. However, iot gets better, the card that was used to make a purchase was my wife's card. They couldn't possibly have my name. I am reporting this to my bank's fraud dept. I have already cancelled my wife's card and requested a new one.

Got the same thing a while back.  Googled and found this site and another one.  Copied a lot of screens to a Word document and then sent a hardcopy along with a letter of complaint and request for removal of the funds.

CC company quickly resolved it to my satisfaction.  It's amazing what a few screen prints can do to prove you have been cheated when so many others have the same story.

I just called the 888-427-5768. The representative explained it was an online purchase I had made but they were not affiliated with the company and did not know what I had purchased. I'm a broke college student and don't purchase anything with my debit check card.

Call them and explain you didn't purchase anything and they "will" (tentative) refund your account.

My VISA statement of 7/30/10 has a charge of $59.78 from HealthWeb888-427-5768 NV.  When calling I was told I could not get thru with this phone number both cell and landline. We cancelled in January '10 when I was billed from REJUV HELP from 800-390-7763 GB. None of these numbers work today 8/30.

VISA will try to back charge thier bank, but wasn't the help I was looking for.

I noticed a charge on my acct for 6/29. called the number twice and today it is no longer in service. cancelled my card with bank and am signing avidata for investigation today. Scammers...I work hard for my money who gives them the right to steal from me!!!!!! I hope they are able to prosecute these A holes.

did not receive phone call charges just appeared on my visa in rwo seperat amounts of 24.50 each total of 58.56 i called visa and disputed verbellly and mailed a letter of dispute also, requesting any an all back up so i could pursue. this may be a result from colon cleanse 3000 they are the ones who has  my ccard# for mercandise i never received looks to be a job for the attorney general and the federal trade commision, ya right this scam could envolve thousands if not millions of dollars

They got me too. My Master Card was billed $59.78. I called and they can't tell me what I purchased. They said they would refund the amt. and that was on July 10th and it is now Aug. 9th.I have not seen a refund.

My co-worker is currently dealing with the same problem. We think this number belongs to the Acai Berry detox people. They are rep. themselves as Health Web. They told my co-worker they would refund her money its been over 3 weeks and nothing yet. She has finally decided to file a fraud charge with her bank.

I got a charge of 58.86 to my account from the same Health Web. The only thing i have purchased online was Acai Berry Xtra, which i only paid 2.50 to recieve. i went to the website on the bottle (medsXtra.com)and its changed to a Rezxtra add. I havent called yet, but from the sound of it i doubt i'll get anywhere.

I had this mysterious charge show up on my VISA for $58.86 from Health Webb 888-427-5768 NV.  I called the number and the lady that answered could not tell me anything about the charge.  She said I ordered an online product within the last 60 days.  She said she would cancel this subscription.  I told her I had not ordered anything and surely no subscription to anything and wanted my money refunded. She asked my email and then said she was sending it to a "refund dept" and to call back in 10 - 15 days.  After hanging up, I called my credit card and reported this charge as fraud.  After reading the posts of others on here, I figure it must be from ordering the free trial of Acai Berry that I canceled months ago....I didn't even finish the free trial before canceling.  It all went smoothly until now.  Obviously, they have kept our credit card numbers and are trying to sneak fraudulent charges onto our bills. My number is now cancelled and they sure won't be getting my new one!!  Report these crooks!!!

I opened my Chase credit card statement and found this charge on my account.
I have no idea where it came from.  I called Chase and they could not tell me where it came from.
I put a "block" on my card to prevent this from happening again.
When I called this number the number had been "disconnected" .
This is really a Bad one!!!!!  The Attorney General should do something about this company.
Everyone should stop using their credit cards.  I am!!

Got this on my MC, too.  Got some guy who called himself Chad, but sounded like he was from India.  Got the same runaround everyone else is talking about & charged the same amount, too.  Fortunately, my credit card company recognized the problem canceled the card immediately and is issuing me a refund and new cards.  I hope the AG nails these guys!

I had the same charge on my account, I called and the operator supposedly was able to access an account using my name and email. However, the purchase was made using my wife's debit card. They wouldn't have any record of me on an account and the only info they would have is my wife's. I have already contacted my bank and it is fraud.

I had a charge for $59.78 on my MC, I called my credit card company and was told that I had to see if I could get something done from the phone number.  I called the phone number, I was told that they are Online Membership Services, and all they could do was cancel my account and issue a refund.  They could  not tell me anything that I was being charged for, on my credit card it said 'entertainment'.  I hadn't charged anything like that in many months and I hadn't received anything in many months.  Tonight I called 888-427-5768 again and I was given a 'transaction ID #' that showed my refund was credited to my account on 7/16, unfortunately my credit card company had never received such a transaction.  I've now turned this all over to my credit card company and will wait to hear from them.  After reading all these other post it is possible that all this was from the 'weight loss stuff' that I ordered last year, I cancelled that after the one time order, the only weight I lost was my wallet was lighter.

I also saw a charge on my visa for $59.78 when I called the number above the first time I got this women Lillian and she only asked my name and told me the amount charged and said that she only handles refunds well that was on July 2,  still have not seen a refund called several other times once got Lillian and then spooke to James.  Both repeated the same process and as of today I have not seen a dime refunded.  Please watch your statments for this number this is fraud and my Bank is investigating this charge.  I had to cancel my card and get another one.  Sure hope this not happen to anyone else!!!

Hi guys, got the same problem, I think it is something that deals with teeth whitening kits and other health items that are sold on the internet at very cheap prices, and then, you get charged huge amounts of money from the companies because you gave them your card details. I had been dumped like this in november, and I'm sure that this payment is linked to that. If it is the case, then it is really really a problem because other companies could get those card details and charge you for nothing.

I just checked my bank statement and sure enough an amount from Health Webb of $73.88
I called the bank who told me where the transaction had come from so i decided to call.
The person would not tell me where they worked or who i should be speaking to but told me the amount would be credited to my account within 14 business days..... i doubt that will ever happen!

I have not ordered anything and the person on the other end of the phone, Tammy Andrews (apparently), could not even tell me what i was supposed to have purchased.

So many people with the same situation here! Unbelievable!!!

Same thing happened to me. I got $58.86 charged to my VISA from Heath Web in Nevada. I, too, ordered an Acai Berry product early last fall, but cancelled it when I got the first bill. After reading all these comments, I called the credit card company and they are going to dispute it. This definitely is a scam.
