My mother received a call from an unknown number with a threatening message that I had been served and to call a number that was partially spoken (part of it was bleeped out).  She called me frantically, but I had not written a bad check, so I do not know what is going on with this.  I do not know the name of the company, as they did not give one.  a portion of the phone number 8-429-5717 was on the machine, but I have no idea who this is from.  What should she and I do about this?

These people are harassing my family members saying I am going to have officers picking me up.  I search on the internet and saw other say they are a scam company who scares people into paying them money.

I have got call from this number and they left voice mail in the name for someone else to appear on courte and they gave a reference case number, the lady which speaking was so series in her tone and she asked to call back to verify the rest of information ,,i didnt call back and i ignored totally, bcz the message left for someone else on my phone

Scammers, liars, claiming I have a "summons to appear in court" and then just try and get information from me... this is a first rate scam so beware!
