This number is related to winning two roundtrip airline tickets up to $1229. They use a form type letterhead for USAirlines....never hear of them...USAirways, yes, but not them. I really think it is some kind of scam. Buyer beware...if it sounds too good to be true...it is probably not real.

They just left a message saying they are "Beach Sales" in Revere, MA, which isn't true. Calling to extend the warranty on our washer/dryer we just bought. I smell a scam.

Service Contract Department - I bought a number of appliances from Ferguson several months ago and they were calling to offer me extended warranties. I let them email me their pitch and they knew exactly what I had purchased. Actually I didn't think their price was exorbitant for an additional four years of coverage and they offered a 10% price reduction if I covered everything. It does seem ridiculous I have to pay extra considering everything I purchased was high end and vaunted as top notch. If it's so top notch why do I need an extended warranty. Does anyone build anything to last anymore?

Same here. They do not leave a message either. Our cell phone numbers should not be public. I have no idea what this "Service contract department" wants nor am I willing to find out. Tired of the calls.

I ignored their calls, but out of curiosity I called the number back once. It goes straight to a menu, saying "You have reached the service contract department" then listing a number of employees and their extensions. Sounds like a company that sells extended warranties.

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. Never answer them, so I don't know who or what they are about. My rule is if the caller ID doesn't identify, I don't answer.
