How do I stop these calls, as they are looking for someone who doesn't live he.

I received a call from 18884313131 actually my sister got it on her answering machine stating that her sister, me had a pay day loan and they were going to serve me papers.. I called the number and they wouldn't even tell me what company it was for but they going to issue a warrant through the DA's office.. this company is a joke and should be stopped...

I gotten two calls on my job with false claims...I went to the police dept. today ..

Hello I have been getting a call from this recording Charles Dixon since last week someone called my aunt house and a recording stated they were serving me papers and coming on my job, I called today the police and went to the states attorney office I filed a claim they r going to get the FBI involved. Everyone should go to the police and give number also record them like I did.

Hi,i just got a call from call from a Charles Dixon, from Curtis and peyton litigations, he said I had a payday loan from bank of America amd wasn't paid.They said they where putting a lien on my sisters house and a warrant for my arrest would be issued,He had my sisters social ???? and my name and was from 2007 out st.louis,Mo.  What a scam and a joke.I reported them to the state police.If you get a call from these people,,report it

I got called again today; robocall; at home, cell and at work...all at same time; called back...they rattled off an old bank account...knew the last four of my ss # ...said it had to do with a company called SSN group (Payday) and that interest and fees had accrued. Said I owed $875. Said I could avoid being served. Told them I knew nothing about such a company and told them that a matter dating back to 2007 would be time barred in my state. They claimed they had 15 years to pursue...I told them that since they likely had my address (which he then said) they could serve me their papers. He said he would mark me as a "refusal" and tell the attorney. He wished me good luck and I wished him the same. Let's see what happens next. Either they keep calling or they move on to the next one on the list realizing I'm not going to fall for it.. Hope no one else falls for this either.

Called for a sarah hill, to serve papers at request of Charles dixson. I asked for physical mailing address they got pissed off and hung up on me. SCAM.

When you try to talk to them they insult,shout and insult,do like I am doing and report them to the A.G. of your state,BBB and others,since they are across state line you might try the FBI.

My mother received another call today from a Charles Dixon calling from 1888-431-9131 he told her that if I didnt respond that he will come by the house or by my work my mom lives in another state so he doesnt even know where my home or work is obviously.  I told if he comes  by the home to call the police.  She said she told him that I didnt live there.

Thank you  all for posting on this  Site My mother got a call  for me a Charles Dixon left a message on her answering Machine & left the number 1888-431-9131 that they were going to serve me papers, at home or at my work.   I told my  mom to block the number because I read that it is a scam.

They also give a call back number as 1888 431 9131 just happened to me like 2 hours ago

have been receiving messages from Curtis Payton Litigations. they didnt even have my name was some body elses.

i just got same call! said i was going to be served . like to know for what!

I got the Sam exact phone call today they are a scam I called the police but nothing we can do about it this is ridiculous I'm so mad

Ignore the calls and report them to the FTC AND BBB. Search the BBB for affinity processing solutions. They have used Greene Daly and Associates, Payton Litigation and others. All a scam.

Yeah they told me I was in a criminal mater for writing bad check to a bank that I had not banked with in about 15 years. I called the bank they are not after me and offered to draft a letter to say as much. They said that it sounded like a scam. I took the time to harass them and they are very unprofessional they yell at me and tell me that they will see me in court and that a refusal (I pumped the breaks) to give them my latest address was going to trigger an arrest warrent.

Where did you find information on Curtis Payton?  I'm getting the same calls about pay day loans, but when I try to google these people, I find nothing, but these types of complaints!

Oh  nearly  scared  me to  death said I owed a  payday  loan,never  have  I ever  used a  payday loan!!!! This  was  to have  happened in 2007 its  2014 now  shoooot  what  a  scam  sure  glad  I  looked  up Curtis  Payton  !!!!! I have been receiving messages from Curtis Payton Litigations. First they stated that I owed money for paid checks at a bank that I haven't had an account with in over ten years. When I called them back they said it was pass due pay loans and I needed to pay them ASAP or I would be served and go to jail. I made some phone calls and internet searches and found them to be a fraudulent outfit. What do I do to turn them in?

I have been receiving these harassing phone calls for Tyra Beasley  for months. I got a hold of 1 person this whole time. She said she would take me off this list. It has never happened. I called back left a message to stop harassing me. Still harassing me(not Tyra Beasley). I got Curtis Payton Litigation left messages with no replies. I called pushed some buttons got recordings for infinity processing solutions, and Vince Geller & Associates. No way to get this to stop.  I checked the internet and  no #s.
