I got a call from Foster Maxwell & Associates. They told me I was being sued for a debt I owed Chase. Which I didn't understand, because I bank with chase. They took over $1200 from me and Chase has no record of me owing any debt. Do your research before you pay Foster Maxwell anything!!!!

They called me about a QUIK PAYDAY payday loan I took out 7 years ago,
which had a balance of 1549.29 now. I spoke to a manager Javier Ramirez and he offered
to settle for my original balance of 700.00. I asked if he could send me any proof
but he said NO apparently they sent out some letters to my old address and they weren't
required to send out any more letters so they refused to.(lazyass collectors) So
obviously with no proof I told him I wasn't going to pay anything. I ended up having
to go to court and paying over 2000 dollars with the court costs and attorneys fees.
I think they saw I had just bought a new car and that's why they decided to take
me to court. Never doing business with payday loans EVER!!!

This # called me and said I was being taken to court over an old debt they bought from another company ....if I didn't set up payments I would be sued in court.    I paid them in full and have been asking for a paid in full letter and I'm getting the run around ....

Just got a call from them, I gave the first caller the last 4 of my social..  tried to get me to make a payment over the phone for a debt from 2006.  The debt was for 200, and they wanted to collect over 1,400 dollars from me for late fees and taxes.  When I questioned the legitimacy of the company and ask ed for information about them, they became very rude, could not give me ANY information, and put me on hold for over 20 min until I disconnected.

Got a call claiming a judgment for collection on a debt I do not have.

CALLED AND ASKED ME WOULD I BE AT HOME TOMMARROW 3-8-13 AND SHE GAVEME THIS NUMBER AND A REF # I CALLED AND GOT MUSIC FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES  IAM CALLING MY LAWYER WHO IS HANDLING MY DEBT AND GIVE HIM THIS NUMBER AND NAME

If you got a call from FMA Foster Maxwell and Assoc. check with Florida state attorney general as well as FTC.

Spoke to my landlord they claimed they were calling on behalf of someone else trying to  info on me.
Would not identify themselves  but gave a case # disclosing info to a third party.Aside from violating Fed laws they happened to call the wrong person. The idiots of the agency Foster Maxwell (called the number they left) happen to be representing the bank he works for so he was well aware of debt collection practice being broken.

Keep getting calls from this number, saying I have a civil suit pending against me from 2002. NEVER had this so called debt they're saying I owe. Won't give me any information. When I ask they hang up on me.
