i also got a call from this number telling me about a bad check and being taken to court if i don't make an agreement with them to payoff the bad check i wrote out. i have not written any bad checks because i don't use checks to pay for anything.  I wish that the debtor who i owe to would personally call me or send me some ligi papers proving my debt to them and not hide behind some group of  ignorant people that get paid for harrassing people with threaten calls.

Capital Solutions called with threats of District Attorney bad check and court action charges. I don't even remember having a bad check, I have never been sent anything to my mailing address, etc. They threaten in their call to "serve" me at my employer. Too bad I don't have one right now.

The name the caller used was Vance. The extesion goes to a Ken. Very rude and threatening and no information on the actual debt(s). I did call back--twice to this the extension given (X178) with some "docket" number??? WTH
