I am Marketing Manager for GreenShield Windows&Doors. This forum is not monitored by our company. I happened to see this after an employee brought it to my attention. I assure you that we abide by the rules and regulations set out by the CRTC. Contrary to what is posted here, we do scrub numbers against the National Do Not Call List. For any of you that wish to be REMOVED from our calling list, feel free to email myself Telemarketing@greenshieldwindows.com I can personally remove you from our lists. Simply posting "remove me" on this forum will do absolutely nothing.

We have 2 main offices, one in London, the other in Toronto. Our manufacturing facility is Concord. All craftsman and installers are local to the area they work. We cover from Ottawa to Windsor with many local references.

But I am sure everything you buy in made right in your own city, right?

It's about time that the government do-nothings finally do something about these telemarketers. Just received a call from GSW, what a pain in the a**.

Got a call from this number tonight. No idea if they've called before, as I live with my parents. Might be a coincidence, but it was only a few minutes after a call from someone who is a known scam artist.

Greenshield Windows & Doors -1761 Oxford Street East, London, ONTARIO N5V 2Z6, Canada - these guys called me on a weekend Im an about a 17 hour drive from thier location with major cities between them an I ???? Why would anyone hire a building supply outfit to come 17hours away -imagine the added transportation costs on the items -where are the employees going to stay ...on a bus ???? in a hotel overnight ???? This makes me wonder how honest this company is if they have to go 100's of miles away from where no one has heard of thier reputation ??   And dont bother being asked to be removed from the calling lists they will contiune to harrass -- not a very professional way to carry on.

I am tired of getting calls 2,3 and 4 times a day from this number. Most of the time when I answer it is dead air and then a busy like signal, something wrong with their auto-dialer program. Once about 2 months ago I got a person when I answered, trying to sell me windows. I asked to have my number put on the do not call list for both the company they are representing and for the telemarketing company they work for. It did no good and I was not given a confirmation number to show that it had been done. I have worked in a call centre and I know that the rep can put your number into a computer program to have it taken out of their dialer and give you a number that represents confirmation of this. They just don't bother doing it and the calls keep coming.

Why don't one of you go to the office and beat the living s*** out of some of them, then maybe they will get the point. Anybody struggling to make rent, food, bills? Just go bet them up in this office, smash a few servers and auto dialers and then wait for the cops to come arrest you.

You will get less then 2 months in jail for assault and you will have free food, free rent and no bills to worry about and you can even workout all day and be pumped up when you come out!!!!

They call Daily. Reported them to the National Do Not Call List. I suggest you do as well as they are illegally calling anyone on the list.

Call the 1887 number on the website and asked to be placed on their do not call list.

Call 877-753-2211 this is the toll free # for Greenshield Windows & Doors and have them manually remove your # from the list. I informed them that it would not be hard for me to have my computer dial this number non-stop 24/7

Please  I have had to many calls to tell you about,  I dont  want any more  No one is every on the other end to tell off

I have received about half a dozen calls from this number.  I usually ignore them.  Once I answered and it was a window replacement offer, which I politely declined.  Then after about the second call again I answered and requested to not be contacted again.  However, they called AGAIN! It is rather annoying.

Called the number back, went straight to a switchboard. Says the extension is not available then starts into voicemail. Can't leave message, mailbox full. No identification at all.

Yup. Call Display says GSW.... no answer when I answer the phone.
