I have got a call from 1-888-441-4122 ext 4018 contact who's name is Judy and she wouldn't say why I have to call them back in the message.Anyone has idea who is phone number is this?She said they are calling from Albert,I wonder how did they get my name and phone number? Anyone knows?

Hi guys, this is some kind of debt collection agency for student loans.

This is the debt collection agency NCO Financial Services.  Apparently one of the largest in North America.  From what I've read on the internet they are ruthless, then again what collection agency isn't.

Someone called twice from 888-441-4122 with ext. 5356 (Eva .... didn't catch the last name).  Called the # on the weekend and heard a recorded message stating that it was CIBC NCO Financial Services Company's voice mail... Please leave your name, phone number, alternate phone number, nature of your call and I will return your call.  Wait a minute, "I" will return your call??  This person called twice, saying that was urgent and quoting a case #.  I don't have any outstanding debts, nor do I deal with CIBC or any financial services company.  I smell a scam.  Funny when I did a search on a reverse lookup, there is no business associated with this phone #.  So, I'm ignoring this caller - My spidey senses are tingling that it's not a legitimate caller, especially when they've called a number where I haven't lived at for years.

I found another post relating to this 1-888-441-4122. Apparently the better business bureau (BBB) show that none of the phone number from NCO Financial Services has the 1-888 number as stated above. They left a voice mail and sounded very urgent. They were asking for my dad and about his "business account". We don't own any business either. I can't confirm they are scammers/frauds but can anyone else confirm it?

How do you make these calls stop?  They are calling averyone in our entire family (including our cottage) leaving a case file number.  Is it legal for agencies to harrass people with same last names like this?

A Kristine Ferguson ,stating to be from NCO Financial..has been calling  ..leaving urgent-"Call me today or else" messages. Over and over. She is always rude-always threatening- and always leaving no information.Just "call me now or else" messages.I blocked my number and called back to the # she has left repeatedly left on my messages 1-888-441-4122 EXTENTION # 2147.No one answered-only a message saying to call back ,as the office was closed. Hours of operation 830am-430pm. Guess what..Kristine Ferguson left the last messages at 7pm & 8pm. ????????????? When I looked up Kristine Ferguson/ NCO Financial on a search engine- up popped another site ,where she had been doing the same thing to other people-- only she had been leaving her number as 1-800-334-0636.try it--use a search engine and type in her name and NCO Financial. How she gets away with it????only she knows. Happy hunting Kristine-hope you find  a way to fill your time without trying to pull a scam. Leave a detailed message and try choosing just 1 number.Shame on you !!!

Message stated it was a very urgent matter but left no other information.  The guy spoke so fast I couldn't even get his name down.  I refuse to respond to these sorts of calls.
