BILL COLLECTORS

There should be a law against the hours these people are calling.  Late at night and sometimes before 8am.  Once I did answer the phone because I wanted to know who these lunatics may be using “unknown” as their ID.  First they were calling for someone the caller could not pronounce the name.  I told him there was no one here by the name; there were also small children and other people in the house trying to sleep and to remove the number from their calling list.  That was a waste of conversation.  They are still calling several months later.  Almost a year later.  What can we do to get rid of these calls?

Yea i got the call on my cell and no one left a message and somehow they got my home phone but it didnt specify which company it was for just some debt company,but it did not say what they were collecting for and it was an automated message,its prob just bill collectors but it is kinda strange.

i don't take phone calls unless they tell me who they are first which didn't happen with this number does anyone know who they are

Alot of collection agency people are very rude but this one called me on my cell and my home the only one that i know of that has both is Chase but i did already amke this months payment and i only owe half of what i did owe cause it was a huge payment i posted. So I have no idea why they would be calling me to bug me again when my bill isnt due til the 2nd week in march.Weirdos,i dont answer it the only message i got was on my home and it was automated syaing i needed to call them back.Plus they never disclosed what company it was or what company they were collecting for.

They have been calling once or twice a day for the past 4 days.

Got a call from these idiots. Probably for a "Jessica" that I've never heard of but keep getting calls for. Collections calls. They never remove me from their list. If it keeps up I'm asking my cell provider for a new number.

The call I got was some stupid recording saying "Give us a call at this number"... I wasn't going to write down the number, they told me to press 7 to speak to someone. Pressed 7 7 times and it hung up on me at the end of the recording. call back, "You will be connected with an agent momentarily. [click]" hangs up...

what kind of credit collections agency gets paid for bothering people and not taking money?

They must be on Capital One's payroll... or, as I'm figuring out from Jessica, American Express.

I received several phone calls from this number!!! They asked for my EX-mother-in-law. I told the man that and he was very nice to me about taking my number out of the system because obviously I do not have contact with my EX-mother-in-law. But he wouldn't tell me who he was with just he was drawing up some paperwork for her. I called back and got the name of the business and hung the phone up and I immediately got a phone call right back from them again asking for my EX-mother-in-law. I again explained to them who she was and that I don't have contact with her. The man on the phone ended the call by telling me that I need to have her call them immediately!! He was also very rude to me!!!

I have been receiving calls from 1-888-452-5867 for about  years, recently for about the last three weeks.  The company is PRI, and they are asking for "Ryan" somebody.  I have asked nicely, firmly and even tried yelling.  Nothing works.  I have tried asking for a supervisor, and am not put thtough to any.

These ppl call me like 3 times a day and they never leave a msg, this phone used to belong to my brother and I know he owes some money  on some credit cards but I've told them a million times this isn't his number anymore and they just keep calling

these ppl keep calling and i do need to pay them for something in my past but they keep trying to tell me that they are going to forcibly(sp) remove it if i dont pay.  i said i'd make payments but they dont listen.  and they called me 7 times today

I too have received this and these people are just plain dumb. I actually knew of an outstanding collection against me. After trying to talk to them and work out a means to an end, all they could do is be extremely rude. This people are ignorant SOB's. It's pretty sad when I tell them I'll PAY WHAT I OWED THEM. Then, all they can do is get crappy with me.

They call about 4 times a week around dinner time and never leave a message.  I do not take calls unless I know the caller.

they keep calling on a an account i've never had. they gave me an address for the alleged account and it's some small town in texas i've never heard of. the person who called was a NCF (non-citizen f%$#) and i could barely understand her speech because her accent was so thick.

this number keeps calling for a person i dont know about when i questioned them about the person they would hang up.  i think i called them back and bothered them about 5 times after they called me for weeks and  told them to leave me alone. they said they were given the number from someone when i asked who they could not tell me. this is a collection service they said there name is PRI.

888-452-5867 keeps calling daily and wont talk to me and keeps leaving messages that they need a call back but I can't reach anyone ever.  Very frustrating.  If you tell them athat you are not the person they are calling for they can't talk to you.  Then why, the next day, do they call you back?!

Woman on the phone was nasty and would not identify herself. I infomred her not to call back if they could not identify who they were.

ok-so my husband & i recently moved to NC from PA. our new NC home number must have been belonged to someone who defaulted on loans etc??? they keep calling & i've asked quite a few times to be removed from their list-they say they'll do it but haven't. what can we do? it's quite bothersome!

This number leads back to: A collection agency. They would not disclose who they were to me.
