I received a call (came up as unknown on my cell phone) and some woman repeatedly said my name in her message. She said I was being investigated for fraud and to call the attorneys at 888-452-6801. She also said this was my "official notice" and failure to respond would result in me being charged. Of course, I know I did not commit any type of fraud and googled the number. Apparently, they also called my ex-husband, looking for me.

Just got a call saying I was going to be served for a fraudulent check. It has to be a scam.

The same thing just happened to me. Some lady named Kim Jones called my dad's office reporting something from 2007 about a payday loan. Total scam. Do not pay them a dime.

Received a call from this number today at work. Said they would take me to court if I didn't settle the debt. Refused to give out address so I could request they stop communications. Typical stuff you've already read on ACS Group on this board.
TOTAL SCAM DON'T PAY THEM A DIME AND SUE THEM IF POSSIBLE!
