We received a call from this number yesterday.

I DID GET SERVED BY A SERVER PROCESSOR AT MY POE BY A MARC A. KERRY LAW FIRM THAT'S CONNECTED TO THESE JERKS. WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TOO? THEY WONT LEAVE ME ALONE!

Same meathead called me.  Got the whole prepared lecture and all that.  Asked for a credit card or bank acct number to settle some legal matter.  Told him he won't see a dime.  I doubt he stops calling though.

yepper, i got the same call. He called himself Mr. Siegal and needed to talk to my other half because they were filing papers against her, and said for her to get a hold of him by 5pm. This was yesterday 3/23/10. And all the upper previous statment are true, He said DC Assoc. and the like. What is this country coming to when fraud is the only way to make a living. whatever happened to "In God We Trust"?

I'm pretty sure there is only one person..this Carson character who can't seem to get the name of his company straight.  DCA Servies one day...DC & Assoc., DC/DCA Investigates... the next.  Claims he's in New York and is a "pre-legal" something or other...which he believes isn't a debt collector and doesn't fall under debt collectio laws..LOL!! Basically he's some bottom feeder who wishes he was a lawyer (if he was, he would say so).  He'll ask you for a "statement" on whatever "debt" he's calling you about...tell you it's what he needs for his "client" so they can proceed with legal action.  LOL!!  Since when does anyone need your statement to sue you??  He sounds like a lonely...homebased debt collector working on commission...probably a job he took after failing as a car salesman.  If you call him back it sounds like he's answering a home phone and there's all kinds of noise (like he's in a car or outside).  He tries to sound educated..which is probably the funniest part.  Don't give him any information or let him scare you..he can't have you arrested...report him to the NY Attorney General.

THEY CALLED MY WIFE YESTERDAY AT NYS STATE EMPLOYMENT-HER WORK. BOTH NAMES CALLED AT DIFFERENT TIMES-BOTH SIEGAL AND CARSON. ARE'NT THERE LAWS AGAINST CONTACTING PEOPLE AT WORK? WTH!! THEY CALL THEMSELVES SEIGEL PRELEGAL DC AND ASSOCIATES. THEY GAVE A REFERENCE NUMBER AND SAID THEY ARE GOING TO SUE MY WIFE AND F*** HER UP!!! AGAIN, THREATENING TECHNIQUES USED TO HARRASS INNOCENT NY STATE WORKERS. CAN ANYONE STOP THESE CREEPS!!

Maybe going by the name Aron Siegel as well. He called under both names Mr.Carson and Siegel and he was trying to serve papers for fraud assets and stated a family member was being sued. He called myself and a very close friend and the family member mentioned. I don't know how he the numbers. BUT BEWARE!!!!!

SAYS HIS NAME IS CARSONAND THAT HE DOES PRE-LITIGATION FOR MARK KERRY AND ASSOCIATES. THE COMPANY HE WORKS FOR IS DRAKE CLARK AND ASSOCIATES. HE SAYS BOTH COMPANIES ARE IN NEW YORK.

MY MOM GOT A CALL FROM CARSON SAYIN THAT I WAS ABOUT TO BE SERVED PAPERS AND THAT I WAS INDANGER OF BEING ARRESTED. I CALLED BACK AND HE STARTED SAYIN THAT HE WORKS FOR SOME HIGH POWERED LAWYERS AND THAT THEY WERE GOING TO SUE ME. THEN HE ASKED IF I COULD MAKE A PAYMENT TO PAY OFF THE ACCOUNT I HUNG UP

My friend got a call from a guy here named Carson stating he was a Dallas County Court Liason Officer and he was looking for me.. I have not called them back yet but will find out who this is for sure.
