IT WAS SOMETHING THAT I HAD DONE BACK IN 2008 WHEN TIMES WERE ROUGH THEY WERE WILLING TO GIVE ME A CHANCE TO SETUP ARRANGEMENTS TO GET EVERYTHING TAKIN CARE OF BUT ALOT OF THE ABOVE POST SEEM TO BE FROM PEOPLE RUNNING FROM REALITY I KNOW I DID IT......I ACTUALLY TOOK OUT 4.....AND THEY SETTLED OUT

Thank you for the info, I have no clue what this is, I have never done an internet loan, They were very rude in the message they left me, they told me I had a bad check with intent to fraud, I have no clue what is going on I have even check with my local court house and states attorney's office and they have nothing of the sort, said it may be a bill collector or a scam not to respond, and report them if they become excessive.

i returned a call from them today also. they told me i did an internet loan four yrs ago and was facing court fraud charges. i asked for some kind of proof that this company was real and a copy of any type of contract about the loan and was told he couldnt do that for me and i was a liar. he then hung up on me. i think its a fraud. my mom is researching the phone number and company and i will post with what she comes up with.

what in the world is this company, they said I had bad checks and I have never written a bad check , who are these people...Is this a scam?

they called twice i called to be briefed they told me what was goin on and i recalled doing it ..however i was facing charges in my case for defrauding a company they alolowed me to setup arrangements to settle
