I bought this package a few weeks ago and now am reading that this is a scam! How can I get my $400 back!!

Already reproted this number and the sending fax number 630-203-111 both to the FBI, atty general Holder's office and to my stte atty gneral's office, Ken. Cuecenilli, this morning after having received a junk fax from this outfit.  The fax number the fax was sent to is on the Do Not Call List.

Scam! Trying to sell Time Shares

They are not calling, but they are sending faxes to our office.

They keep on calling me and sending me faxes.  I have asked them to stop three times.  

They told me two day ago that they were going to stop.  Two days later, another call with faxes.

What really scares me is that there are people who believe this is a legit deal!  If it looks too good to be true on paper, it is and in this case it is definitely a scam.  We've been getting these faxes for years and all the do is change the toll free numbers on the fax after someone is on to them.  Save these faxes as proof and send them along with your FCC complaints.

It is true, but you have to sit through a 2 hour timeshare presentation that they try to sell you.

Make some money off from them. If you have a place of business, install a pay phone line. The phone Co. will not install a pay phone in a home. Connect to a automatic dialer or a computer that can dial out. If this 800 or 888 number is located in the United States you will be paided 35 cents to your pay phone account for every time the 800 number is answered. This is legal because they contacted you to call them and did not say on home many times you can call or at what times. They sent you a invatation to call them. Do the math Say you can make two calls a minute and they answer, Thats 70 cents a minute. Times 60 minutes thats $42.00 dollars an hour Times 24 hours thats $1,008.00 per day Time 365 days a year that $167,920.00 a year. Try and make some money from the I.R.S. They have invited you to call their 800 numbers. As the Navy Seals say. Don't get mad, Get even.

i am so happy i looked this stupid phone number up! i really wanted this trip stuff to work out, but when i called, the rudest ppl answered the phone. a lady named rebecca-------> the rudest *itch in town!!

I think SHUD76 and Pat are lying. I blocked my # and called and of course no one answered. When I called back without blocking it was picked up right away! scam scam scam SCAM!!!

First - I'd like to say thank you to 800notes.com which offers spamming victims for the first time the chance to make meaningful documented complaints with the FCC.  I'd also like to not thank my fax service (eFax.com) which has studiously evaded its responsibility to block spam faxes that I have carefully and accurately reported to them over the years.  eFax.com's form for reporting spam is itself needlessly laborious and time-consuming to fill out:  and eFax.com has never once acknowledged my reports much less act on them.  Clearly efax.com's spam report form is just an exercise in deflecting customer anger over eFax.com's negligence.  eFax.com makes money on each spam fax they process:  so as far as they are concerned, ?what me worry?.  eFax.com acts as if they have the duty to the sender of the spam fax rather than me ? the customer.

888-465-5390 is an alter ego of a notorious "Travel Agency" spammer which probably doesn't even operate out of the USA.

In an attempt to game them, on numerous occasions I have tried to pretend that I am a stupid gullible "mark" ready to hand over the keys to my bank account.  They are very smart and very leery:  and evidently impossible to trick.

What drives me nuts is that since it seems impossible to even purchase a trip from them:  I can't even figure out what they do exactly. How do they make their money?  What's in it for them to systematically spam the same people ? fax after fax?

If, indeed, as some persons above, claim that this is a ?time-share? marketer:  then the fax I just received offering a very cheap limited-availability vacation is just a come-on.

This is interesting: if the bait-and-switch is to a free 3-day 2 night vacation and a 2-hour time-share pitch:  then it can hardly be said that they ripped you off.

July 7, 2011, fax at 9:45 am.  Call to 1-888-465-5390.  Female voice said the company was "Seacoast Travel" in Fort Lauderdale.  Fax header said "Travel Info".  Sounded like a telephone boiler room in background.

Called fax number removal number as I have dozens of times before.

They are not Legit! Don't buy into what that person said, they probably work for the company!!

I just got this too...I haven't called but I always research before providing any persona information.

We were lucky to get our cards cancelled before they could run up any charges on us. Luckily we didn't use our debit card or it would have been cleaned out.

This is as big a SCAM as bottling horse pee and selling it off the back of a wagon as a cure all ! So if you're STILL interested in the trips, I've got a horse...

It is ILLEGAL for them to send the unsolicited fax to you. So they're starting off by breaking the law. Why would you ever give your business to a criminal?

I called and the woman kept yelling "Hold On" to someone in the background. Once I started asking questions, she got more pushy. I asked her the name of the company and she told me Sea Coast Travel. She finally said, are you interested or are you going to pass? I said I would like to do some research first and she hung up on me! No goodbye, no here is my contact information for you to call once you make a decision. Just hung up. Complete BS. I wouldn't trust them at all.

Kat, you are an obvious plant.  Are you hired to peruse the web and make false claims?  How can any company be a legal and legitimate organization that openly breaks the law to solicit fax machines.  That is a Federal Law violation.  They are scumbag scam artist and are proud of their open illegal activity.

We would like to stop getting faxes from this phone number!!!
