Being  harassed by this number.  Calling all friends and family members and saying that I am going to be arrested unless i give them money.

r'cd a phone call at my place of employment, one of many phone calls, the same lady on the phone, different name, and now a different company, all the other times prior to today she has been calling with the Gilchrist Co Summons division, which by the way, does not exist, And her name has been Leah Austin. I have called the Gilchrist Co sherriffs office, and nothing exist under that name, nor do they have a court summons for me to appear in court. Today the same lady called, gave me the name of her company as Progressive, and her name as Gina Boyce, I advised her that the claim is false, and that until I recieve proof of debt that I had nothing further to say. She kept telling me that she didnt understand what I was saying, I can't say it any clearer, I am not giving you money, I am not falling for your scam, I have not, did not agree to anything such thing, and do not call me back at my place of employment. While in the middle of requesting an address in which to send a complaint and a cease and desist to, she hangs up. Like hanging up makes it any less valid, I have witnesses in my office, as well as a phone recording our conversations. I have had to my office management do this to my phone, so that if this ever actually sees a day in court, I will have grounds to sue them for harrassement, and for threatening me. Yes I have those messages that were left on my phone that she "would be hunting me down". Good one, please come hunt me down. Good Luck to anyone dealing with this nonsense.

Wow, the same thing happened to me. They contacted distance relatives and all.

I received a call from this number an hour ago.  Lady won't given name and states she is from Oregon Process & Summons Dept and they are sending authorities to my place of employment within next 45 minutes to arrest me for banking fraud or something like that.  It has to do with a payday loan that I took out online.  They tried to scam me out of $1600 for a $300 loan.  When I contacted my state consumer affairs dept and found out what was going on, I closed my accounts that were scheduled to make another $800 in payments.  They didn't like that!!!  Threatened me with going to jail back then but haven't heard from them til now....called me on a Federal Holiday stating they were a State Agency...Really Now??!!!  They are nothing but a collection agency using scare tactics to retrieve monies that are NOT owed to them!!!
