yes i have issue with his company i have decent credit of about 710 i filled out an app with equity one i got approved in an email then lady at this same number named ruth hunt called and said she was with consultants something or another and represented key finacial investments, i needed to pay 1500 up front for a 15000 dollarer equity loan and also sign over deed to my house which i was going to use as the collateral for the loan that was a red flag right there according to what i read on federal trade commissions websight it is illegal for a company to ask for money up front for a loan or investment in the united states and in canada

I mean by the grace of God you should repent and kind of edit what you say.  Iam trying to take  a loan out to refinance my home.  My brother has used there services for a total of 8 years.  He received the loan, no problems at all.  So I mean am a business owner and gee whiz I would hate to come on here and see all this derogetory crap.  So I would edit what I say and perhaps even remove that comment.  I was just goggeling there name to fill out a application and this popped up.  So guys I will be a testimony to this and let you guys know this company does do loans my brother is a witness to them.  If iam not mistaken they cater to people with baddd credit like myself.  After all we all need a second chance

I have a loan with these guys, name is Key Financial.  I have received my loan with no complaints.....so you guys will get yours cause am showing them this blog.  you cannot defame or slander ones name, especially a company.  Just think, they lend money, you guys need money....how are you going to explain yourself in court with no lawyer, that you are defaming this companies name.  My buddy was googling to apply, called me freaking out.  You guys are no good and I will email this to them.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!! they were asking like $786 for a security deposit or something! they even sent me documents i had to sign and everything i faxed them over my id, pay stubs, signed documents and everything!!.. i told them i couldn't afford 700 so they told me i could send over 420. i sent it western union to CANADA "for tax purposes" and still have not received a loan!! and my supposedly loan specialist was RUTH HUNT! LYING BI***.

Glad I read this, I just got a message from a Ruth Hunt at this #.  The message (and an e-mail I received) stated she was from Key Financial Investments and my loan had been approved.  
I never applied for a loan with them. I did apply with a company called Fidelity Financial, guess they're all scams..
