They called my cellphone??? I don't think so anymore!!

I called this number back after I received their first call to me. All my student loans are in deferrment. When I called and asked for them to ID themselves, they asked for my SSN. When I said no, not until they tell me what they are calling about, they hung up.

I get a call once ever 15 days for the last 3 years asking for Terry Stockdale
5 years ago when we as a family bought phones, I got this number and I have no idea who this Terry Stockdale is
Someone please let me know how to get these calls stopped.

These guys are so yesterdays news.  They will call from 888-475-6741, if no one picks up they will call twice more from a "Private Number", bimbos.  They leave messages that are so out in left field that if you believe them you deserve to be scammed.  You do not get a warning that you are going to be arrested for anything or anyone, and for sure can not be served over the phone, no one lets you kindly know that a warrant is being issued either.  STUPID!  They phoned us years ago, we lived in another state.  The call is not even about us, it is about my husbands brother who does not have the ability, knowledge, or means to commit the crimes they state he did, LOL. SCAM written all over it. Guess they found us in our retirement years, anyway, not quite sure why my husband and I would need to appear in court with my brother-in-law, but sad news for you butt heads, we won't be there.  We will await our summons, LOL, idiots!  Love and Light to you all!

Rec'd a telephone call on May 30, 2014 at 8:25a. I understand that's it NCO FINANCIAL. I have no business with them. All my bills are paid in full. Too bad I can't reach my hand through the phone.

I rec'd a telephone call on 5/21/14 at 11:15a. I answered but did not say anything. A person named Jason Jones saying this call will be monitored. I never spoke and they hung up.

They kept calling my cell phone. If this company is calling your cell phone, get Call Control.  It's free.  Now every time they call my phone, it hangs up on them.  I also have the number blocked on my home phone.  It's never been quite so quiet around here!  They are calling about a bill that was included in a bankruptcy I filed about 7 years ago.  I was going to report them, but, that doesn't seem to do much good.  They don't care how many laws they break!

Called today at 5:00 and asked to speak to a Samantha with our last name. I told the lady there was no Samantha here and she apologized, but then asked if I knew any Samantha with our last name. Since neither of my daughters and none of my nieces are named Samantha , I honestly told her no.

They have a variety of locations.  Don't know if this is the one calling.

Get the name and physical address of the "company" that's calling.  Then contact the lawyer who handled the bankruptcy - calling and harassing someone about debt taken care of in bankruptcy is illegal.  However, if the callers are scammers, there's not much to be done, other than block the calls.

This company is making harrassing calls to relatives' home regarding old business buried with bankruptcy.  What's the recourse?

THIS NUMBER CALLS ME EVERYDAY. HARASSING AND THREATENING ME. WANTING MY ADDRESS, SS#, ETTCCC...! THEY WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE. I TOLD THEM THE LOAN THEY SAY I OWE WAS TAKING CARE OF 4 YRS AGO. THEY SAY HORRIBLE SCARY THINGS!

This number has been calling me every day for a week now. I've never bothered to answer but it's getting annoying. I've never had a number persist for so long. I wish they would stop it. No Voicemail either I have no idea who or what is even calling me.

Someone from this number called my house and left heavy breathing on my voicemail.

I received calls both on my cell and home phones. I called later and the call receiver ask for an individual I knew but have no present association with. I was informed that the person in question used my numbers as references. I asked that their company not call me in the future..and (twice) the call receiver asked if I knew the person's place of employment...again I informed the call receiver I have no association with the one they seek.

They have called and called and called. I refuse to answer the phone, have their number on block. When they do leave messages it is just NCO Finical, no account number, no amount owed, no name of a person to call back, etc. I said when because they rarely do leave messages. They called my parents today, told them they were looking for me because the number they had did not have a voice mail set up. I have had the same number for almost a decade. I will not deal with them.

Call several times a day, every day of the week, morning, noon and night. REALLY sick of it. Once about every ten calls they leave a message saying they are trying to collect a legitimate debt and to please call them back immediately, but never say who they are calling for. SO sick of them!

I have received non stop calls on my home phone, work phone and even my cell phone from this company.  No matter who you talk with you are treated as if you reside in a third world country.  They try to intimidate you into believing that they could do all these things to you, yet when you tell them to do what they have to do, they simply just continue to call instead of going through with any debt collection measures that they threaten you with.

I simply ignore them and refuse to take any calls from them.  Actually now, when I see the number I pick up the phone and hang it up.

All such calls either go to voiceMail, or simply go Ignored.

They want to collect on my "defaulted" student loans. Crazy thing is that I haven't even graduated school yet and am actively enrolled. I smell a scam.

Debt collection and leave too much information on voicemail. Record messages and turn over to Krohn & Moss law firm in Los Angeles. They will prosecute them...

I get calls about twice a week fro this number, i never answer and they never leave a message. I looked it up and it's student loan collections? I don't have any student loans. Wtf?

I have received several of these types of calls in the past three years regarding a party who I think at one time had my cell phone number. The caller was looking for Brianna Sharp. Sometime ago I was told she lives in Riverdale, IL by another bill collector. I have been contacted by at least 10 bill collectors and they have been trying to contact this individual to get a bill paid. Very annoying when someone does not pay their bills and the next user of the phone is called and annoyed again and again and again, so, I hope Brianna Sharp pays her bill so I quit getting these calls. Again, Brianna, please pay your bills like the rest of us hard-working people do. I told the lady caller that I would post this, add the caller ID number to my contact list and assign a permanent "Silent" ring tone like I usually have done with the others. It cuts down the annoying calls.
