This just happened to me I went to my bank they took99.95 out my account . I never gave this company  the right to do anything on my account.  I caught the same day the bank is doing something about it as we speak. So I encourage people too watch out for this so called company.

They tell you that you will get it back but you don't.  They just give you a song and dance everytime you call.

I too had money taken out of my bank account by these frauds. They are based out of the Philippines. Good news though. I called this number and they told me they would refund my money and it would be in my account the next and it WAS!!! Here is the number for all to call to get your money back. 210-249-4099. If I were you, just go ahead and report it to your bank. This happened to me also. I called my bank, filed a complain about this people and within 6 days, I got my money back.

you can call 210-249-4099, who is the 3rd party billing co. for them, and they will refund your money AND block them from removing another other monies from your acct.

They did the same thing to me. The 888-475-9335 number is an outsourced call center which is why they speak very poor english. They promise that they will refund your money within 3-7 business days. Call their corporate office @ 877-546-8509 and ask to speak with a specialist. The first person that answers will more than likely be an idiot that speaks very poor english that will ask the same questions over and over and do absolutely nothing. If you ask to speak with a specialist, you will get a very pleasant, very coherent, english speaking individual that will verify each time you call and will explain to you when you will get your refund and give you a confirmation. Yeah its a scam!!! I was tryn to get a loan to help out with christmas. I really didn know what I was doing, bt Im no dummy!! All i know is i got a phone call last week from a guy sayn that a lawsuit was going to be filed against me for a loan. They claim they had put some money in my account n yeah they did afta i called my bank. 5 darn cents, and then they took it back. They supposedly had deposited 300 r 400, they didn really know. LOL!! I knew then it was a scam. B careful about what you apply for. Make sho its LEGIT!!!

Yeah...I got scammed too. I didn't even apply for a loan thru them and they couldn't give me a specific website to which they got my information. They said they'll refund me back my $30...we'll see. I will be responding back as to if I get my refund or not.

There a scam they took $99.95 and other pennies adding up to $100 and 3 cents.They gave me back my money but what they didn't know was i closed the checking account to only accept incoming. They must of put it back because i got it back. But then got mad because i got a call from  fake attorney telling me he was pressing charges federal this and that because i have a federal charge on my record. But any way (818) 495 2411 is associated with this number as well as (888) 263 2156 and I lender and Moneyonthego.com (mongo) They will take your money so act fast with these people and don't believe anything they say

I was looking on my online banking and saw 5 different charges from this number. One for .5 cents, then 2 for .1 cent, next a charge for .3 cents and the last one this week for $30. What is this and how did they get all this information from my bank.

I have the same issues as everyone above.  The only I can do is close my account, and get a new account number - which reall sucks (as someone else, above, also commented on...really not fair).  Anyways, you can ask your bank to block ANY posts to your account in the amount of $30.  That will not help the other $.01, $.03 charges/deposits back ... but it will keep you from losing $30.  And, these charges did put my account in the negative, and my credit union credited those back to me after I explained what was going on.  It doesn't hurt to ask your bank to do the same (if this happens to you).

I am so upset. I dont know who these people are. i check my bank account and they took out 5 cents out of ,my account on 12/1 without my authorization and just check my account today and they withdrew 30 dollars. I am not a happy camper. I have to call the bank and inform them that i did not do that. i hate scam artists.

I got the same thing on my bank account.I tried to call the number left a message, they said someone would call me back, but no one has called me yet. Is this a scam? I am going to contact my credit union tomorrow because I didn't sign up for this service.

My husband was checking our accounnts this evening and the same thing happened to us. But some how they where managing to get money out of our savings account. Made my husband and I get into this big argument because at first he didnt believe me that I didnt try to take out a payday loan. But after he tried to call the place and talking to our bank, and reading everyone elses stories he finally got of my case about it. Who are these people scamming all of our accounts we are changing ours because like the bank said they will just continue trying. So anyone who has been scammed I feel for you they have hit our ssavings three times before we even noticed. Hopefully Someone will catch these people...

the same thing just happened to me. i called this number 888-475-9335 yesterday and got through, i did not apply for any payday loan with this company. the lady assured me they would deposit the money back in my account.. checked my account today not refund. now i cant even get through to these people only music and an operator. i have overdraft charges on my account now what am i to do now?? is this legal?? can this company actually do this without your approval???

Same thing happened to me. Do something right away as I had not noticed a .05 deposit followed by a .01, .01 and .03 withdrawal, then today they withdrew $30. I had to close my account and go into the bank to sign an affidavit re the withdrawal being fraudulent. Now have to wait for the $30 back. I think this needs to be reported Federally as well. Tried calling the number several times, only heard music, no person or recording.

I called the number that showed up on my bank statement  (8884559335).  The first call I spoke with a Steven Carter which he said that I applied for a loan, but he couldn't tell me how much I applied for or anything else. He said that he was going to cancel the account and he put me on hold.  When he came back he said that it had been processed and there would no longer be anymore charges to my account. This was Friday, I check my account today and see a $30 withdrawl from these same people. I called them back and spoke with a James Parker ( they have american names yet they can hardly speak english).  James although he tried to give me a hard time I eventually got him to refund my account the $30.00. He put me on hold multiple times to go supposedly talk to a supervisor and when he came back he said that I would be getting a refund.  I say keep calling and be persistant cause they can tell you anything.  He wasn't going to get me off the phone until he did refund my money.

I got through on the 888-475-9335 number and after a bunch of run around and them telling me that it was an application charge for a loan signed up for I straight up told them that they got my name and info as a third party and that they were a scam so I was going to report them and stop payment with my bank account. After this they finally said they would issue me a refund for the $30 in the next 3-7 business days. They gave me a confirmation number and said I would get a confirmation email also which I have not received yet...

I just found out the same company has hit my account deposited .05 and then withdrawals for .01 so I called my bank and requested a stop on any transactions from this company. Recommend that everyone check their account to be assured your request have been honored by the bank and no other company tries using a different name

so now that we've all been through this at the same exact time, and for those who've taken action, what do we tell our banks and what will they do for us?

I also received a charge on my account.  I called and talked with them and told them I was going to report it to my bank as fraud and they promised to refund my money within 3 to 7 business days.  We will see if this happens
