After several repeated tries, I finally got through to a person who could help me. After my persistance in insisting that the amount be creditied to my bill NOW, I was informed that they will issue me a credit right now. Initially he kept telling me that it would show up in 1 to 2 billing cycles, and i proceeded to explain to him, that i called 4 months ago, and requested the same thing, and they told me the same thing...and still no refund. I told him I refuse to wait I want my refund NOW. I just received my bill for this month, so I will see next month if it gets removed....I hate waiting.... Good luck to the rest of you...be persistant.

Same here! initially I did reach some one and they told me it would take 2 months till I would see a credit, its been 4 and now when I try to call them, i either get a message machine, a single party, nor once I even got a video phone interpretor....as you said I can no longer get this charge off my bill. Calling Qwest next to see if they can help me...
