Called my house looking for my sister-in-law claiming she had written bad checks.  Had the last four of her social and gave a case number in the county court.  A lawyer friend called the court and they have no such case.  She does not have a checking account.  The guy's name is "Investigator Jennings" and when you call this number you get ADR Arbitration and the run around.  I am in contact with the Kentucky AG's office.

This person called and was very nasty and unprofessional to both me and our secretary. They had the prosecutors office from Lima (supposedly) call me and say that they were going to come and serve a warrant at my place of employment tomorrow. I spoke with the Lima prosecutors office and they said they had nothing on me and they do have people that can put any number they wanted in their computer to say they called from that number which happened to be the old courthouse number. He said it was a scam and if they show up do not go with them, call the police. so that is what I will do.

These ppl  got a hold of my ex roommates number and called him giving a case # and saying they wer going o file against my social security number.  I have absolutely no idea who these ppl are.  They said they were with Law firm Adams.David & Rothstein.  I could not find this firm so I googled the number and got this site.  The California Gov Jerry Brown is going to hear about this!  I know for a fact he will do something about this!

The name I gave is what they told my roommate, he says they have breech privatesy (spelling)nlaws.

A Ms Jamison called me at my work 3 times. once when i wasnt there didn't say anything to my coworker. called again when i got back she did not say whom she worked for just said i committed a felony in ellen county and the sheriff was coming to serve and arrest me at my work. I asked whom she worked for but she would not say just that she was a process server for ellen county. I told her to not call at my work again and she started yelling at me that I was a felon and I was going to jail. She did give me this number 888-489-7948 and a case number so I could call whom she worked for. I am obviously not going to do that. I told her it was illegal for her to call and harrass me at work and hung up on her. She called back a third time just to tell me I am a felon and I am going to jail and then she hung up.  She did mention she was getting paid 300$ to do this job and she was sick of it. I told her to quit. I did not take her seriously. I must say these people get your information when you take out a payday loan. even if you pay it back your information is given out probably sold to these people. I have caller id so the number she called me from was first unknown then it was 419-228-3700.

Same thing happened to me. This cannot be legal.  Funny thing is I dont have a checking account. Can't bounce something you dont have. They have called everywhere including my elderly mother. This is a horrible scam.

Received a call from MS. Robinson, saying I owed for a bad check written to a payday loan company. She said they were gathering paperwork to  birng suit against me. A day later I got a call from some guy saying he was from "The National Association of Process Servers" and he was bringing the Sherrifs Office to my house lol. This whole thing is fraud just remember what process server calls before they come? and why would a process server bring a sherriffs officer if all process servers are qualified to serve by themselves.... dont be fooled!!

There was a call that was received on my job by a person who identified her self as Investigator Robinson.  A co-worker received  the call and Ms. Robinson began to tell her I was being investigator for writing a fraudulent check and that additional charges were going to be filed against me and I would be arrested. First of all, I have never wrote a fraudulent check to this company or any other company. Secondly, her call defamed by character because the person she gave all this information to began to tell everyone on the job. I have never been so humiliated and embarrass in my entire life. My co-worker ask her why she was giving  her someone's personal info. She replied, " I am an investigator and I can do and talk to anybody I want. I Google the phone number and  that is how I  found out the Company's name.  I was so upset, defamed and humiliated that I had to leave for early. All of my co-workers were looking at me funny. I have an excellent record on this job. However, unfortunately due to Investigator Ms. Robinson this is no longer the case.  Investigator Robinson convicted of a serious crime without taking the crucial time to investigate that these rumors were false. Co-worker was also informed that a sheriff would come to my job and serve me with some form of paper work and probably arrest me. I have never spoken with these people before. All of this information was given to anybody that answered the phone.      

Same ppl called me saying the something.. These r the same ppl calling from a different number now... How the fuckn did these ppl get my info... We need to take there a** to court for pretending to b something they not n for harassment.

These people have tried to scare me into paying an old debt with the threats of taking me to court on writing a hot check, when I have not written one single check to them at all. What I did was - stopped them from stealing money from my account after they received more than the funds that I borrowed from them and now they want more.  They called my job and said that they were a local process server and will bring the sheriff's department with them and serve me on my job.  I am sick of the threats.
