I was just contacted by the same person. Same phone number. Same figures - $1,800, $3,800, $21,000. Our timeshare is listed with another company for $8,995. No one would offer $21,000. Besides, that seems to be the figure they are using for "all" timeshares. I looked up the number and it is for Universal Timeshare. I went to that website. The language/grammar is poor in the text. He gave me his name and number, with an extension to call him back. I called backed, waited on hold and then was cut off. :) I hope you get them.

We are been receiving calls daily from this number with the same story. I have your time share sold. I need $1,800 for the legal fees. You an pay it through your VISA card. Even broke down what the fees would cover. Offered to let us pay only 1,000 if we couldn't pay the full amount. Gave us his real estate license number. Said we'd receive a contract, all we needed to do was sign it and return and we would be sent $21,000. If the buyer backed out we would still get $3,800,
