I just pushed "9" as instructed to be removed from the list. Another recording reminded me that they won't be able to call me if I remove myself and then told me to push "1" to confirm my intent. I did. We'll see what happens from here. I also told one of their operators in chat yesterday to remove me. If this doesn't work, I will call a lawyer. I'm sick of these stupid calls.

I received 1 call a day 3 days in row starting on may 30th I believe. I called 570-708-8780 and spoke with the secretary Carol who was very nasty. My husband then called back and pretended to be looking for a car loan company that he was told was located at that number. Once again, she was nasty and hung up. Now, I'm six months pregnant, on the dnc list and this is my cell phone, 3 reasons why i'm in a bit of a pissy mood at times and Carol hit that nerve. So, I called back and told her if i get one more call I will personally come there and beat HER a** for not removing my number from the list like I so nicely asked her to do the first time I called. Well, I havent gotten another call. And if i do, I can always go to hotwire and get a cheap ticket to Nevada to pay sweet Carol a visit. LOL. I also purchased prepaid legal so that if it came to that point, I could have them send the company a letter telling them to cease and desist. However, they have my info on file but it hasn't come to that point. But for only $20-30 bucks a month as opposed to paying a lawyer upwards of $500 to do the same thing, I think its worth it, especially since I have recently been getting calls from ther companies.

it is true they take other phone numbers and put them in as their own.  It is possible to route a call through a different phone # but it takes a large amount of skill and cash, which these ppl have because they take ours!!

Never, never, never give these people your real account numbers or name.  If you have already done so, go to your bank to find out how to limit the damage.

You can get them to stop calling, at least for a while.  Sign up for the loan, using all false data. You will have to give their screening software acceptable routing and account numbers. You can find real routing numbers on the internet.  9 digit random numbers often pass for plausible. Do not give correct name, Social Security number, or address.  Your caller ID can be helpful for furnishing you with random numbers.  Do not give the real email address of yourself or anyone else.  Don't try to prank any real person by entering their data.  Remember, the one true piece of data these people have is your phone number.  Remember your fake given name.  You may or may not get one or two inquiries when they try to process your fake application.

Nice work. You probably just cashed a fraudulent check which means jail time in most places. If you pay the processing money that is the scammers profit and you will never see any more money. Even if you dont pay them you could face criminal charges. Get real people: No one is going to send you free or easy money by mail or email. This scam either provides the scammer with money or the victim goes to jail...or both. Not good!!!

Hey watchout for anything with "first premier bank" on it.  I had a card from them and it was so hard to close my account.  After i told them I wanted it closed and that i cut it up they kept on sending me bills with late fees and then over draft fees and so on until finally i had to get an attorney to get it finally closed.  just beware!  There are other companies that offer credit cards for people with bad or little credit.  I'll post a list in a later mailing.

These rude service people got a hold of me today and told me about an offer that sounded good.Which was a platinum credit card to rebuild existing credit and a fee of 129.99 was asked with a checking account number.I seen ad's on t.v. about credit cards so i was stupid and went with it.I ended up giving out way too much information.I closed my bank account right away and also put a fraud alert on my social number with equifax. They were very rude about me looking at there website and also finding many below there website warning of a potential rip off.Well with a closed bank account and fraud alert on my social they just caused me a bad day. These people are total scumbags i hope they go to jail or go out of business very soon.Oh by the way they gave me this number 877-344-4835 i called and bitched out like three people.I will continue to call them and bi*** them out. They still try to insist there a legit business. They know they are doing wrong. My suggestion for people that are getting many calls a day would be stand up to them and let them know your wasting breath. And call them scumbags too

I had gotten these same number plus another numbers during the samething.  Oh wow, I fill completely foolish and it's not fair to be going through this.  I pray to god that they get there's 30 times over for taking people like us for granted.  It makes you not trust people even more and I just went through this before, just trying to get help for me and my family.  Just to find out that it's all a scam again.  Also, sell people calls also when they aren't suppose to get through.  This really pists me off.   Thank you, so go them and they need to pay.  I'm suffing enough without them making it worse. Oh there was another number from washington too.  At least that's what it says on the caller ID and the number.

The number I get on my caller ID is: 201-373-8371 with "Jayshree" as text. The issue is the same discussed here. A crazy attempt to get bank account info!! I get 3-4 calls a day. I have reported this in a complaint to the FCC. If you haven't filled out an FCC complaint form, please do (at their website). Maybe someone'll notice a "trend"...

Credit card offer.  They have been calling since two months ago.  I am registered in a no call list but they don't care.  At the beginning there is a stupid man saying "hello, hello" and then the message offering the credit card.  I have press 9 as instructed in the message with no result.

Unfortunately they did get to my bank account even though I have contacted repeatedly to stop and asked the bank to stop it.
I'm now out over $200 dollars.  File a Federal E form with your bank...they say they will refund my money in 30 days.  I chatted online today and then they made another deposit of 1-3 cents to my account after I told the bank not to let them access my account.

First I always here a guy say Hello! Then the recording comes on. www.donotcall has a place to report violations. You have to be on the do not call for 31 days b4 you can report. I have tried everything. They call every single day. They don't have a credit card. They just want your banking information. I hate to think how many people might give their account numbers. The number has changed from the above 888 number because I no longer answer. New number below, same recording same person making sure I am on the line.

I got this call from 800-634-6729 about the $10k credit limit offer.  It is the same guy that calls everytime and says hello before putting the recording on.  When I call the number back I get USA Credit and they say the phone number has been hijacked and they aren't the ones calling.  Is there such a thing as phone number hijacking and why arent't they going to the authorities to get it taken care of.  I have reported I don't know how many times to the DNC complaints but I get these calls, nonstop and from different numbers daily but it is the same message.

They advise you to to to www.creditcardlogin.com but I can't find that site anywhere and since this is my home computer I'm not just going to type it in.
