I have not recived a phone call from them but they have called everyone of my family members including in-laws stating that both myself and husband have court dates set and need to show up.   This is stupid.  these people need to be put in there place.

I received a call from that number today.  They claimed they were calling to see if I was going to be at home to sign papers for a civil suit against.  First of all in the right mind would say yes!  I told the man no I wasn't.  When I told him he must have the wrong number, he verified my name.  He wouldn't tell me anything but gave me this toll free number to call and a ID #.  A woman answered the phone with "how my I direct your call".  I couldn't understand the first part.  When I gave her that number she spouted off with some name not even close to mine.  I said this is a scam isn't it?  She immediately hung up on me. Although I didn't give any information, I'm still worried about identity theft.  Turns out he called my mom's house (which I haven't used that number for anything in 20 years).  My poor mom gave him my cell and address.

My wife just got a call from 8884930083, telling her that I am being sued. I called the number again and asked them about what is going on? I was told that they are a litigation company, then the male person on the other line asked me for a reference number, the person who called me, etc. I told him that their litigation company did not leave us any reference number, no contact person was mentioned, he did not answer my question on what is it all about. I am so glad my brother is a police officer and is investigating on this fraud as of this writing. I checked my credit report and is still clean at 100% no potentially negative items or items for further review....Victory in Jesus name!!!!

BMG Litigation is a sleazy organization utilizing various guises to trick people into believing they are some other legitimate legal entity.  They have charaded as the Orange County Sheriff's Office to serve a bench warrant, Clerk of the Court regarding my property, and a Law Firm needing to deliver legal documents to my home address.  The scary thing is they know my name, my wife's name, our address, home phone, and personal cell phone numbers.  They have been harassing us for more than a month and I am not the person they are looking to scam.  Same name but different birth dates.  They are relentless.  Most recently I actually made them hang up on me for being rude.  Victory!

John Davies @ ext. 5574 claims he has legal documents regarding my property, has my name and my wife's name, and my home address.  They call me under different names of companies BMB litigation, and even once claimed they were the Orange County Sherriff's Office.  I only called back recently because they made it sound as if it regarded a property tax matter.  WHen I told the woman that I was annoyed by them calling on all of my various phone numbers, and even my wife's number, she became irritated.  She called me rude and hung up on me!  I ANNOYED THE IDIOTS!!!! VICTORY!!!!!!!

7/13/2012.  I picked up this voice message left on my home phone:
" This message is for N_____ T_______.  My name is Mike Browm.  I'm calling to verify that you'll be there to sign for some documents tomorrow at ____   ____ Avenue.  If you are going to be available to sign for the documents please call the office to reschedule.  That number is 888-4793-0087.  The reference number is 18___CA11.
This call was to my home phone.  I am not the person referenced above.  
I called the number to tell them that they called my phone and the party referenced above does not live here and they should stop the harassment that was affecting me.  I asked who they were and was told they were legal administration.  When I would not give them the reference number I was hung up on.  I called back and told them that I would make a complaint to the Department of Consumer Affairs is they did not tell me who they were.  I was told B. M. B. Litigation Firm.  They also referred to themselves ad B&M Associates, a nationwide firm, with a corporate office in California.  I told them that this was probably a collection call and they said the the party referenced above was being sued.  I told them not to bother me again.  I told them if they showed up at my door I would call the police.
