Tough guy behind a computer screen using swear words & calling people names - You're the one who needs to grow up and quit trolling message boards & bitching about the world. Have a look in the mirror....

Lisa,  I would recommend that you communicate direct with your caller.  This is only a discussion  board and nothing else.  It is doubtful that your caller even knows of this boards existance.  For your own best interest,  it would be better to express your wishes,  to the caller,   in a more definate manner.  sorry

RE:  File #181984797
To Whom It May Concern:
I am officially requesting that TD Canada Trust and any of their representatives to stop all calls to me.  I do not want to receive any calls on my cell phone or home phone OR work phone.  This request is being made following calls to my workplace and co-workers taking messages for me.  I am not allowed to take personal calls at work and personal business matters of this nature are quite stressful especially when I am going through a tough time financially and cannot make my monthly payments.
Please communicate with me in writing only.  My address is listed below.
I understand that the federally regulated Bank Act allows me to make this request and have it complied with.
I will be in touch with TD Canada Trust or one of their representatives once I am in a better financial position.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this stressful time for me.

Eat s***, you dumb a$$hole.  Just because you ran up debt during the good times and can't pay it now that there's been a downturn, doesn't mean it's anyone's problem but yours!
You're just an irresponsible child who refuses to grow up and take responsibility for your own actions.  It's always someone else's fault, isn't it little boy?

Wake up and smell the coffee, moron.  We are in a recession.  The media, with their sugar tongued excuses are trying to blind society to this crises.  Many people are behind on their payments.  In 1970 our middle class comprised 76% of the population.  In the current year the middle class consists of about 24%.  The rich are wallowing in $ and the poor suckers at the bottom are struggling.  Fair society, so not.  The median income in 1976 for your average person was $12,500.00 and now it is $14,500.00.  We are regressing, not progressing.  Imagine how much essentials such as food, electricity, heat, phone, gas, etc. cost in 1976.  Things are not getting better.  Young people are moving back home.  They can't find decent jobs as there are few sustainable jobs available.  And you, jack***, are telling people to pay their bills as if it was that simple.  Come off of your high horse and look around.  It is not "just another day in paradise".  Try having a supper that consists of items from a food bank.  Creamed corn and crackers.  Wipe the dollar signs from your eyes, a***ole, and start becoming informed.

I had calls from this number and they asked me questions and I suddenly realized this wasn't a normal call. I called my brother who was a VP of TDBank and he said to report it to local bank and to Mounties which I did.

I  had forgotten to pay my Jan. bill which was by then sent off but this was a very strange call since I'd never been late with a bill before.

HI there Gwen. I was wondering if you could elaborate on this post? I've been given this number to call about something with TD and I'd like to know what you found out and what your brother told you.

Thanks, Sam.

How, exactly, is it a strange call if you acknowledge that your account was past due?  Is society FULL of idiots now?

This number is not a scam.  I work for TD Canada Trust and this department is legitimate.

If this department of TD is so legitimate, why do they need to call with a blocked number?

I know I'm past due on my loan, but some jack*** left me a message and I could barely understand her.  Even after I called her back, I still haven't received any knowledge of the call.

If you know you're past due on your loan, be a responsible man and deal with it.  Moron.
