Caller ID said "Toll Fre Caller" and when I answered, found out this was a real person and not a recorded message.

Lady called me by name and said she was from an animal rescue organization and asked how I was doing.  I told her I was fine but to please take me off their calling list.  I suspect it was a professional fund raiser. I don't know if it was a legitimate organization or not but I don't give money to anyone who calls me asking for a contribution unless it's someone I know.

We receive calls from this number, at the same time of day, several times a week.  No one will say anything.  We are on the no call list.  How can we stop this?
