I also got sucked into this. I am so PISSED off I could scream. Started working with them last Sept,2012. No results at all. Talked to same gals and guy you did. Never any response. Also same pymt of 985.00 for three straight months. Just about ready to lose the property. I am now in the process of leagel action to them and my lender.

I just got a call from Intergrated Legal Network and they said I had legal action pending and they spewed off some large number and told me to give it to my attorney immediately or they would cease my accounts at the bank. That number was 908-315-5061. Anyone ever heard of those smucks?

The owners name is some lady with a accent named IWONA W. CHOJNACKI. I believe she has her brokers license in the state of California.  Somebody should report her to the Department of Real Estate . Her license will be revoked....  She has a bunch of websites trying to capture investors attention to invest. Primarily in Poland . I found out because one of the employees forgot to hang up the phone of mute the call and I recorded about a 38 min conversation where It reveals that she is the one running the show.  People like her should get deported and kicked out of our Country.  They come here to rob the American People and making a fortune. Lets work together to put her behind BARS!

Brenda- Have you sent them money, or are you just talking to them? Where does your loan stand with your lender? We only found out that we were being scammed once Wells came to check occupancy to start foreclosure. Do not trust a word they are saying. The only people who can help you for FREE is your lender or a HUD counselor.

Why are so many people who were robbed not wanting to share information to try to get these scam artists and our money back??? I'm in!!! Have been for months. There is no case without multiple victims.

Boy oh boy what a mess these people have me in. I can't believe I fell for everything JAS Network told me - they told me everything I wanted to hear.Like all of the other posts - they told me the same things - send me your money for 3 months $1100 per month and we can almost guarantee you a loan modification. I tried 2 times w/ Chase on my own to get denied. All I wanted was to get my interest rate from 6.5% to 2 or 3%. David Scheller had the answers - they told me that the mortgage companies are getting paid to deny claims - they are in the business to make money. David also told me that their percentage of getting modifications is 98 to 99%. Then I talked w/ Randy (I think that was his name) he told me that he used to work for Chase Bank and he knows how they think and he could beat them at their own game. After stating we qualify then it was JaciLyn's turn........oh how sweet she was. she told me if I received any letters or phone calls from Chase - DO NOT TALK TO THEM - refer them to her. Also to send any paperwork to her immediately from Chase so she could take care of it......I sent all my paperwork to her - ignored the phone calls from Chase and believing the emails she sent to me saying everything is handled and to disregard the letters. She would ask me for additional info which I would promptly send to her - when I asked her how the mod was coming along she would have the right answers !!! I would email her stating my fears of foreclosure and I didn't want to loose my house - she assured me their wasn't a problem etc, etc same o story as the rest........well I'm in foreclosure now - I have talked w/ Chase and they told me that JaciLyn hasn't contacted them once....the paperwork was sent in but that was the end of it....now I'm working w/ Chase to get a mod through them. Finally got through underwriting and received a trial modification. The foreclosure is still on but no sale date. If I do my trial mod and pay the payments on time then the permanent mod will take place and the foreclosure will stop. I should have listened to my gut in the beginning but I was so desperate at the time they called and it soulded like music to my ears. I've contacted the BBB in New York plus the Trade Commission about these people. I guess they have gotten so use to scamming people that they can sleep at night. But rest assured - what goes around comes around - they will have to answer to their actions in the end.

I got the same runaround from "Lee". I swear these are not their names. They are nothing but thieves. I hope you get your HAMP. We were denied twice when we tried on our own, hence the reason we fell for The Scam. I call us victims. Best of luck to you, God only knows what they are spending our money on, making their mortgage payments??? Lee is full of it.

We seen a commercial on t.v and called  way before this started we were hoping . Yet after paying them the 3 payments we were in contact  several months  we were told  its under review.  We were dealing with eric  then he disappeared. Must have made his pile of cash.  Then to jaci lyn  and lee  . We contacted them march of 12  dd a contract on line.  We were told they work with our servicer all the tike it will be no problem getting us a 3 percent intrest rate a payment around 800.00 a month they work in stages it takes about 3 months for the process.  End of dec we got a modification but not to our advantage  the mortgage company didn't change anything they tacked on all the fees and interest our payments would have been another 450.00 more than the original loan. We call jaci and she returned the call 2 days later stateing congratulations ur modification has been approved.  I asked her what the terms were. She said she didn't k now she was having phone troubles.  Then I started to tell her about the feex package . What It said she said dont sign anything fax it to me. We faxed it and called both lee and jaci  no response a week after the loan company sent a letter saying something to the effect that we have a counselor there name and we qualify for the h.a.m.p program  then a few days later a packet arrived from mortgage company and they wanted the same information we sent to jaci lyn.   Now were confused and whats going on we still tried to contact lee or jaci  no return call  I called the next morning at 9:15 central time and lee answered .  She said they have heen so busy that she actually worked around Christmas and new years.  Now we left messages for weeks everyday. She said she couldn't get into our account that thats now in the senior processor .  Before she could now were sure thats it  lee said she wuld let jaci know I called and leave her a hand written note on her desk to call.  2 day's go by I call early again and lee answered. Said jaci is busy stopping sheriff's sales ect. No call back  then lee calls and said something is wrong .that jaci was working with the investor  ect.  Then a week later lee calls and says we never said we could get u a better modification I was I'm holding papers that is a contract that states you would get us the best possible modification under the government h.a.m.p program .  I told them abou this site and said I was hoping  these people were wrong  but yes wasted my money time . So I stayed in my house for a year  may be a year and a half big deal I could have stayed in it same amount of time wihout doing anything.  If someone says sounds like I'm not happy with the modification  its not a modification its a forgiveness  and they added up penalties, fees, intrest, ect and tacked it to the loan. Modification is a redction in interest, payments    dont be fooled by lee when she says they will get you a great deal . She will claim they did it for her  . May be they did and worked extremely hard for her since she works for them. Otherwise its all part of the lie    be aware  they wont help you  they will pick your pocket  also you can do the modification your self  its free. And you know someone wont screw you  we are trying on our own  with the counselor. For the h.a.m.p  modification  try on your own.

Unfortunately you will never get your money back from them so stop putting your efforts there. Did you pay via check or credit card? Can you get your bank involved? It's so sad to see another post if another victim to these people. They don't even deserve to be called that. Call your mortgage company too to get current as quickly as possible and start to repair your credit. Our hearts go out to you.

           Dont fall for it. I was called after surfing on the web about loan modifications I had already applied for. I was called by David Scheller and he poured it on thick, telling me that the bank is not gonna help me with a modification if I dont have someone like alstate integrated legal network behind me,with all their legal experience and lawyers,that he could guarantee 3.5% or less rate reduction and all late fees waived ,missed payments forgiven and a lower payment. All I had to do is send 695.00 to payment processing center made out to Priority Doc Prep.I said I would think about it and call back. It was a good pitch and sale I called back, he ask me some questions about spendatures and income.I ask him some pretty important questions and he had all the right answers and said to send a copy of loan statement and a letter for disability benifits and 695.00. I was then transfered to Eric Davis ( a specialist) he had same pitch and game ,same answers. Our bank ready documents are guaranteed.It would take 30 to 60 days Good deal huh. I sent a cashiers check with tracking overnight to them. They were recieved and signed for by Marlene the next day. They sent me a package already filled out, It was a Making Home Affordable Application that you could get online and fill out yourself,(Called  bank ready documents). I signed the government  MHA papers only. No contract with ASI. 60 days passed I called David , but he had been promoted to another level. I called Eric and he had been promoted also. Then I was introduced to Vanessa Harlow. She backed her boys saying they were only to prepare documents, not to help. I demanded my money back. She would escalade this to Jacie in accounting. I have had no luck getting money back or with the modification. They have a nice web page ( picture) no address. They are misleading and ripping off hundreds of people with thier scam. Think My congressman could help? Their address is a bogus office building site. Google the address no signs of als or jls. I got ripped off may God smite the enemy.                               Sincerily we got ripped off

I used their information to send to my lender, but was denied a modification. They said this was guaranteed and if I didn't get the modification I'd get my money back, $700. Now I can't seen to reach anyone to request a refund. The website brought me to this site. www.asilegalnetwork.com

If you have had money stolen from you by these total low lives, contact the Attorney General of not only your state but California! Save all documentation and cooperate if asked. Just remember this could happen to someone else, someone else's love one! TAKE ACTION!!! Your money may be gone, but your rights against them are not, if you don't speak up, no one will know what they've done! They are horrible, horrible people to take from people in desperate need of help and prey against us/you! I've filed claims...so should all of you! The Attorney General is available online just google which state you live in and then CALIFORNIA!!! I want that "Jaci Lyn's" a** on a plate!!!!

Do not deal with them.  They are not working with your lender.  Look up on internet for FREE advice.  They told me they would hold 3 payments and then mail them to my lender and they didn't not.  I stopped payment on the last payment and they are threatening me.  There is plenty of good FREE advice out there that can help you!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have been working with Jaci Lyn since the end of Sept. We also delt with Randy. After ready these posts I am terrified of what I will find out when I call my lender tomorrow. I"m afraid nothing has happened but i've gone three months past due..I'm in tears..not to mention my credit and my personal information!! OMG!

I feel bad and yet I feel I am not alone because I fell prey to this same scheme.  It is a sin and a shame that people are out here taking advantage of those of us that just want to keep our homes.  All we need is just a little help by making some adjustment with interest rate.   This is especially in our case it will keep my husband and I free from worry of foreclosure and the possibility of ending up being on our children for the rest of our lives.  We are retired living on a fixed income with an interest rate that is ridiculous especially since the interate rate is at such a low rate of 2% now. We are trying to get our money back but we are so afraid that because of documents we signed.... I am just sick our mortgage company could care less that we are in an "upside down mortgage ".  They are no help at all, in fact they made us an offer which is higher than what we now pay. Incidently it was Randy that that build up the hype that this company had a 100% rating of modifying mortgage loans with my mortgage company.  He lied and now he has left.  I think I am going to file with the BBB.

I called them and they said, they could help me lower my mortgage payment & interest
Down to not higher than 2.9 % and they're working with a govt program they're asking me to send only cashier check or money order for $867.13, 3X
And wil process for 90 days.
I haven't found anything about the govt program they're talking about.

We were told the money we would of paid was goinb to our loan not them yet a above post says they paid them t hire them to change there loan. Please dont get scamed

Have you or anyone else obtained the physical location of these people in Irvine, CA.  I noticed that on all web sites these people maintain, there is no physical address.

How and where on earth does it sound to you that after only 2 payments I got a modification. BE SERIOUS: Don't you know, by now, that you have to pay three consecutive, on time monthly trial
payments to get a modification from your bank??

I lost two payments totaling 1908 dollars and, as a consequence, I fell an additional two months behind
with my mortgage. This is evidently a Ponzi Scheme and should be denounced to the Government
Authorities. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and told them my story.
They are looking into it with the aim of getting my money back.
Honestly, I am not too hopeful of getting my money back, what I really want is to get these people
out of business so that they will be prevented to cause further damage and suffering.

 I am glad to hear that some people are getting help from this company that I had my doubts on. Unfortunately, I have a WHEDA loan for my house and am getting told there is nothing that can be done for our mortgage. Due to medical issues, I have also filed for bankruptcy and am getting told that nothing can be done about our mortgage due to that. Jaci is promising me that it will go through, she finally gave me a phone number of someone that I can talk to at our bank that she is talking to. I will call this lady and see what she has to say, because I have alot of doubts that my situation isn't going to work. I have talked to three people who are sending us foreclosure papers and they said they received paperwork from us electronically but don't know anything about it.  So, either my bank is telling me a line or it's Jaci. I am trying to figure out who and I am getting no where. That is all I can help you on so far.
