Possible fraud activity going on with this number
Pretend to be T mobile Chinese customer service representative and tried to get SSN and credit card info

Got a call from this number and refused to use theor service (change the receiver). They then spoke dirty words on the phone.
Be careful with number.

same group, instead of TV/phone, now they are giving away free trails for home security system, and they cannot speak English well, how can we stop them from harassing us?

yes they claimed a Dishnetwork, also they serve Time Warner cable as well. I think they do a lot distributor service to make commission for their service. Yes i had my dishnetwork form them, and it did come with the Dishnetwork bill from dishnetwork company and also i setup online account from dishnetwork.com as customers.

Chinese speaking, claimed they are dish network, rude, don't know English well, call almost every other night.

The same thing happened to me in April on T-mobile cell phone. This company with phone number 1-888-504-9806 is cheating everyone. Unbilievable, it can do this without legal punishment.

my grandfather got numerous calls from 888-504-9806 (Linda Li/Lee) and 866-580-2972 (Mr. Zhang). they both offered my grandfather a rate for about $16/month. they have been bombarding my grandfather with this and that "special" offers. and were making the "terms" very confusing and complicate. my grandfather was very convinced by their offer and was ready to sign up with them. good that my grandfather doesn't have a credit card and was not able to open the "account". he asked my mom for help in opening the acct and got my attention. thank you all for posting all these comments. i am able to stop my grandfather from being tricked.

I'll suggest everybody call your State Attorney General Office, Consumer Protection Department to report the fraud deal and let the state do the investigation so that we can make the company pay our lost.

They are such cheaters. They offer me a DirectTV package with $19.99 with other offer like no charge for additional receiver, add four more channels to the package and etc..., but when I receive the bill is 38.33 which is totally different as what they offered at the beginning. I called the number 1-888-504-9806 back, and try to talked the original salesman called Tim Yang and Mr. Ma, the their manager named Lucy Xue, they can never answer the phone or call you back.

I was tricked to sign up with with DishNetwork.  They promised me a promotion package that they never deliver.  I am stuck with the Mandarin Chinese channels that I do not understand.  They promised me Jade world (Cantonese channels), which they will mail me a card to put in the box, but they never send it.  When I try to call them, I could never reach them and they also block my home phone number so I cannot reach them.  Now I am stuck with early cancelation fee of more than $200 and another $500 for equipment fee for after only one week of service.  This 1-888-504-9806 is a scam.  Please do not answer they call.

This is a f****ng scam company. I was a new victom after getting their call and accepted a faked rate for sat-TV program! The company (seems to be run by a Taiwanese) constantly changed their names: currently is
YesMobile.

We should do something to stop their cheating!

i got the same situation.   I followed their instruction to switch my Satellite TV provider from Dishnetwork to Direct TV, and now I need to pay $400+ if I want to change back...  What a lier!  Anyway, I remeber now and I will not trust this kind of people anymore.

I received a similar sales call from this number, and unfortunately, I followed their instruction to switch my Satellite TV provider from Dishnetwork to Direct TV, which costs me several hundred dollars for the equipment, early cancellation fee, and package upgrade which were promised as free.

Lucy Xue whose extension 666 claimed herself to represent Dishnetwork service. She promised: 1) a promotional package of new TV program for $30 a month with 200 channels including 50 HD channels to replace my current program package. 2) There would be no early cancellation fee because it was an internal service transfer. 3) A free receiver by setting me as a first time customer. All these turned out to be false.

In addition, she didn't mention the new TV program was provided by Direct TV. She only said a different department would confirm my order and she could credit me back for the price difference in the confirmation call. However she never answered my calls when I called back.

They also called but was very friendly and gave me exactly what was promised over the phone.  I am very happy with the Dish Network service they've provided and was able to benefit from the savings.  I'd strongly recommend 888-504-9806 to everyone!

We have the same experience, they set up a new deal with Dish for us, which they can't deliver.  The installation was scheduled, but never showed up.  We called back a dozen times , end up talking to an Anna Liu who claimed herself manager, she continued lying to us.

I asked about the name of their company, they called themselves TMS, located in Maryland, but refused to disclose their full name.

I search the net, there is indeed a TMS located in Maryland, but that is a real company in the business technology management services.
