Have no clue why these people are calling me, I want nothing to do with their business. Doc Prep Solutions....... some time of mortgage scam or something. Not sure but I urge anyone to not do business with any company that harasses random people by phone. I received CALL AFTER CALL. Seriously, 3 calls within 5 minutes. Really!?!?

these 2 crooks took 2,600 from my wife brenda who is disabled and me an unemployed vetram. Yhey posed as a phony fraudulant company called Doc trac souutions. A home loan modification company. instead they ripped us off. they conned us. we face possible bankruptcity and forcolusure.

They ripped us off for almost $2700.00 and now we have the mortgage company after us. The agent who was doing ours was named Jamie or Lisa McElhone, 325 Cherry Street, in Philadelphia, PA, 855-768-3627, ext. 111, but the company is listed as being in Anaheim, CA.Any other info that you may have would be helpful. The company who call me is DocPrepSolutions and they charge me a bit of  money the problem is that they have never contact my lender and told me to wait 3 months in order to  get my mortgage  payment  reduce  ok  now after 3 months they dont  answer my phone calls and when ever they finally do they  dont know who I am  and  hung up on me what can I do am three  months  behind  help me thank  you.

They are a SCAM- first they were Liberty Financial Consultants, then Social Media Monster, now they're Doc Prep, who knows what they will be next...A bunch of thieves-especially Joe LaForte, Ernie Shaw, Lisa McElhone, Jaime McElhone.  Contact the FTC to file a complaint against them not that it will do any good. I found the new company [please no threats].  Call Lisa at her place see if she likes be harassed.

I also got a call from 888-505-5709 today.  The person at the other end did not answer when I picked it up and said "hello".  So I called back and when I questioned the person that answered as to the company's name he said  either "Doc-U-Prep" or "Doc-U-Track".  He also added they help people refinance their home mortgage.  When he said that, I realized this is yet ANOTHER one of those companies that have been ringing my UNLISTED number off the hook to try and get me to participate in their "refinance your mortgage" SCAM.   My number is both unlisted and on the Do-Not-Call list, too, and it I've never solicited these people, either.

So, I wonder how happy this company is going to be now that I BLOCKED their number?

Is there an app for Windows phones?  Doc Prep Solutions called me again yesterday.  I'm really tired of this.  I've reported them to FCC and the calls have dramatically reduced, but apparently haven't stopped yet.  They'll never get my business, so it's a waste of their time to contact me.

keep getting calls from these people asking for tuana waiters i have no freaking clue who this chick is then when i call them back and tell them to remove me from their telemarketing list they say they aren't calling me but duh it's on my caller id idiots!!!!  keep it up I said, then again asked them to remove me from the phone list, telemarketer tried to accuse me of making terroistic threats lmao NO JUST STOP CALLING MY HOUSE AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

This is another in a LONG line of loan modification scams.

They're trying to hook desperate people for $500 - $1,500+ for doing a non-existant modification.
This is NOT a legitimate company.

Just a bunch of Robo-Calling fraudsters violating our peace and quiet with their non-stop illegal calls.

Just file a complaint at FTC.GOV every time you get a call.   Eventually they'll get caught and fined millions of dollars.  Hopefully before they've robbed too many people of their hard earned money.

Comcast really should add more than 12 numbers we can block. Like 12 is great, but my cell phone can block unlimited numbers will the Call Control App.

I just got a call from these guys. Ignored it. No voicemail was left.  So I dialed the number (888-505-5709) and the guy said "Hello DocuTrack" .  Anybody know what that is???
