This is the phone number that continues to call me:  773.337.3850.  They are a SCAM.  They said a deposit was put in my dda account in January of 2013 for $500.00.  I requested this bank statement from my Credit Union....guess what?  No such deposit was made.  My bank Manager informed this sounded like a scam, and not to give them any information.  My lawyer also said asking for documentation through US Mail is a valid thing for me to ask for.  The gentleman says he can only do email, then the email said the deposit was for $1200.00.  Caught in another lie.  He threatened to take me to court, I said "Go for it...I will win.  YOU'LL be out the money, not me.  I have proof no such deposit from no payday loan business took place."  Didn't hear from them for over a year.  I applied for a PERSONAL loan with my credit union online, and guess what?  They started calling again.  

Oh, and I work for a bank.  They need to try to scam someone that doesn't know the law.  

I got a call from this firm and they guy i spoke with was Patrick Allerd. what a real dick considering he only cared about the money owe and yes i owe money on a payday loan but this guy is relentless. constantly blowing up my cell with if you do not call me i will start the process of suing you. you want my advice guys record all of these calls its a last resort and when you tell them this they get scared.. its been over 6 months and i have never had a summons to court.

i quit the company on 3-11Marcos and my number was 888-578-8019... So it was obviously another collection agent using that name.... pay your bills you meatball and stop taking out pay day loans

A Mr Hagger phoned  my place of employment and told them I was going to be booked and served Tuesday 3-19-2013. I was called by my boss and told what he said to her. I called him directly and he told me i was a jabroni, meathead and I was going to be raped in prison. I asked him for verification if he was an attorney and it was the beginning of 15 minutes of him trying to cusss me out. He stated that he works for me and cant wait to see my sorry a** get pistol whipped. I told him him hes a real gem if hes an attorney..He hung up after dissecting my name and what not. Any attorney/arbitrator would act more professional than he did!

My land line phone got a call from Jack Davis, Espisito and Ricci (???) at 888-505-6007 claiming that my son, Kyle Miller, owed them money.  Kyle called them and they said he had to pay an old loan (which he says he never made nor did he get any money deposited from them), they said it HAD to be paid today or they would come arrest him on his job.  So he told them he didn't owe any money.  They kept threatening him until he used my credit card number to pay them off.  There is a $750 charge from FCAP now pending on my credit card.  I will call them right away and try to stop payment.  I feel this is a huge scam.  Please advise ASAP.

Okay you don't even know the whole story anyway, you can search SSM group llc online and everyone has the same story, they buy your info from banks and put money in your account claiming you took out a loan with them, etc. I never took their money they took my money and want more! Not to mention the collection agencies that buy it are not even legitimate. Send me paperwork or a bill stating what I owe and to who. I don't do transactions over the phone. Glad you pay your bills good for you! But then why did you look up this number and why would you reply to me? Here's how legit they are.

They called my sister asking for me. They told me I had a loan out that I had no knowledge of. I decided that before I was going to pay anything that I wasn't sure of that I was going to do some research. I googled and binged the company with no luck, so then I proceeded to put in the phone number with nothing but compaints coming up but still no infomation on the company. I called the compay back requesting information on them and they told me they did not have to give me information. You would think that if someone wanted my money they would have the decency to give me some information or verification of their company. This was not the case they told me they didnt have to. Not satisfied with that answer, I contacted the BBB to see if there was any infomation on them and still no info. I also contacted the Attorney General in Flordia where they claim they are located and still they heard nothing. I filed a formal complaint. DO NOT PAY THEM!! Do the research, if you know you dont owe anything or dont know that they are talking about do not pay them. Do the research and get informed!!!

Arbitration Department first they had 2 charges against me now 3! But they won't take a check only a card over the phone of course for some old payday loan debt SSM scammer I mean payday loans which I never signed anything in the first place they just decided to deposit $500 in my account and then start taking it back out. The bank refunded my money and paid them off but they still want more! Greedy scammers! 5th call from a place saying they now own this worthless debt! What a joke! Go ahead and bring me to court already then!

I just got a call from this them today.  They claimed to be a law firm called Esposito & Richie(?) and were representing a payday loan company called DJR.  When I asked them for their address so that I could send them a letter requesting validaition of the debt, the guy got really rude.

got a voicemail and it was very rude from an "arbitration dept" (?) when i called, all it said was that it was the arbitration dept...doesnt sound real.

Heres an idea.... Answer the phone and say "Wrong Number", I'm sure Mr. Haggert wouldn't waste his time calling your number anymore if he knew it was the wrong number.  C'mon captain, wake up!!  Stop being an a***ole and slandering people when you are the idiot!!

Received a call from this # this AM.....did not identify themselves.....just stated they were a neogotitator.

This is an aggressive collections company that CONTINUES to call our house even though the person named is NO relation to us.
