f*** this im still waiting for my refund what should i do

They tried to pull $30.00 from my account but instead it didn't clear and I ended up with a $35.00 NSF charge.

The same thing happened to me on December 6,2011 I called and gave them hell, they processed a reversal and then a month later after calling back everyday, still no reversal. I talked to about 4 different managers and Rey said there was an error in the reversal, told me it would be in my account TODAY and there has been nothing so far. I'll give them until 5 then I'm calling their a** again! I'll keep you posted. Call the number on the statement and tell them you didn't set up an account. They will try and convince you to get a loan anyway but demand a manager, took me 20 minutes to hear from one while on hold.

on Dec 6th they took 30.00 out of my husband and i account for a person i did not know. Some how this person named Zaboor  Shariff took a personal loan using my info and was approved and i've been calling this number getting the run around and now me and my husband are tired of it and got legal actions against this company the companies name is lenders network if any one is still having issues please email me back @ smith.rebecca64@gmail.com

They got into my bank account too.  My account was overdrawn at the time to they didn't get the $30.00 they were trying to take out.  Word of advise to everyone:  DO NOT APPLY FOR A PAYDAY LOAN ONLINE.  This is where this is coming from.  If you need a loan go to a local place where you live.

Just wanted everyone to know that i received my refund this morning for the $30.00.

When i noticed the 30.00 i sent a email to my bank they are filing a dispute on this, I do not know who the company is and how they got my account number

i got a .06 credit and then had 3 consecutive debits, and since I was already overdrawn my bank charged 33 for each for a total of 99.00 dollars. who are these scammers, we have to stop them.

This is a number that has shown in my phone several times, it has also shown on my bank statement.

Put your account into a credit only status at the bank. Only deposits can be made into your accounts. But even you will have to go to the bank to take anything out. No funds can be taken out only deposits. Change your accounts over to a new ones. We noticed the depoists but  they didn't get they chance to take anything out.

I noticed the few cents transactions but didn't think anything of it because I had applied for a loan and just thought that a company was seeing if my account was indeed active. But since I didn't sign anything, I didn't think anything further and I noticed that the .5 cents they deposited, they withdrew. But I checked my account again and seen a $30 debit which I did not authorize. I will be calling not only my bank but the company as well. So upset about this situation and right before the holidays, I just don't understand how these people can get away with things like this.

please do file charges....they took out $30.00 from my acct on 12/06/11...im going to have their ip address traced...dont know how i will do it, but i know its possible. did any of u call the number that was on your statement?

Yep. Same thing happened to me. I filled out a couple loans apps online a few wks ago, but did not receive anything from this company. I got a loan from cashcentral.com & got approved from paydayflex.com. I never received anything from this company! Never even heard about them until now. First they debited my accounted a few cents about three times. I never paid attention because of the small amounts. Then yesterday they take out $30. Called the company. I was on hold forever. Finally an answering machine came on listing their website & email address. I left a message. Hopefully someone returns my call soon. I will be meeting up with my bank today. I  had a feeling something weird was going on bc i've been getting unknown calls to my cell all times of the day & when i answer no one responds.This is absolutely crazy! Never again will I fill out loan apps online!

Me too..pennies at a time on 12/1 then 30.00 on 12/7. disputed charge & closed account. other phone #' is 888-475-9335. This happened on 11/23. pennies were put back. Called the phone # on my statement. Answers & says operators are busy, please hold.

Me too. Hit with the smaller charges last week and the $30 charge today. I did take out a payday loan, so I initially thought it was the company checking to see if my account was active, but it wasn't.

I will contact the FBI as well. Hopefully, everyone will report these scum bags.

Same thing. They hit me today for a $30 charge. I unfortunately took out 2 payday loans, but none with this company. I have no idea who they are.

I hope my bank will work with me. That's the last time I go down that road.  I will be reporting them to the FBI. I saw this address on another website 1489 west warm springs rd. Sute 110 Henderson NV 89014.

Maybe if we flood the authorities with calls, these people will disappear fast, because, let's face it, they won't be caught.

I just got off the phone with this crappy company. The too took the $30.00 out. They will take it out they say its a fee for your loan documents. And then they told me I was pre-apporved for a $300 loan and I didn't have to pay anything back!! What a CROCK!! Watch out with the payday loans online!! The crap people try to scam out of your.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A LOAN; AND AFTER CONTACTING SOME PAYDAY LOANS COMPANY, I SAW THAT THEIR SYSTEM WAS NOT GOOD TO ME. I DID NOT GET ANY MONEY FROM THEM. AFTER SOME DAYS, I SAW THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED WITH 0.01 THE FIRST DAY, AND THEN ANOTHER O.O1, THEN THE NEXT TIME WITH $30.00 WHICH MADE MY ACCOUNT WENT INTO OVERDRAFT. I CALLED THE NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEBIT WHICH IS 1-888-507-1740 AND TALKED TO ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES. I ASKED THEM TO REFUND THE MONEY; AND THEY AGREED TO REFUND IT, BUT UP TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY. THIS HAPPENED IN NOVEMBER AROUND THE 22ND. Same thing, little debits, then whammo $30.00 taken.  I have disputed all these transactions with my bank.  They have initiated the fraud alert for this.

ive also been struck by this company. i have printed off my bank statement and this chart forum. i am not sure who to or how to go about reporting them, but i am goin to take this info to my bank. i have tried calling the number and got nothing but a busy signal. did anyone ever recieve their refunds???

they also debited my savings account 3 times for 0.1and 0.5 cents then today 30.00 dollars . i called and told them i do not want anything from them to refund my money. they said they will, it will take 6 to 7 business days. meanwhile my account is debited 35.00 dollars for over draft fee. will let you know if i recieve my money back

Check your bank account!!!  After small debits/credit, there will be a $30 charge.  Other sites list major complaints about this number/lending group.  It happens the same way for everyone, a $.05 debit, with some small credits (totalling ($.05), just to see if it's active.  Then, several days later, a $30 charge will appear.  This has happened to dozens of folks who looked for payday loans, myself included.

You can request a refund (good luck) at customerservice@mypaydayloansupport.com, or refuse the charge with your bank.

Here is their reply and my initial email to them. I apologize I believe I gave the wrong email twice prior but below is the correct email to send your complaint. I just want to make sure other people get their situation corrected.

Just so you guys no I sent an email to customerservice@yourpaydayloan.com demanded a refund of the $30 debited from my account and i received a reply that they have refunded my account and will take 7 days. I will let you know if this refund happens.
