This is a health care provider(insurance company) they provide free medical transport to their customers. When they call, they are supposed to verify pick up time and let the customers know what service will be picking them up.
It is legit, but it doesn't mean some scammer hasn't hijacked their number for nefarious reasons.

It's www.mtm-inc.net. If they are calling you, you or someone you know probably is using their services. They provide non-emergency medical transportation services for members of MCOs and state and county governments. One of the benefits to these programs is that if you cannot provide transportation for your self to your medical appointments, transportation will be provided for you. This company contracts with local transportation providers in your area to provide the transportation.

Got a call from this number a few times....they don't say anything when I answer with, "Hello?", but if I answer and say nothing, there's a long pause, then the other end says hello to me, and I hang up! Why would a toll free number be calling me? EVERY TIME I have ever had a toll free number call me, it was always some B.S. telemarketing, or a silent time waster. If it was foir a ride to medical appt, I just came from an appt. yesterday, so it's a load of crock, whatever they're selling,...I am NOT interested & if it's something I want, I'll buy elsewhere. If someone is that hard up to sell me something, it is nothing that I want! Last I remember, when we shop, it's because WE the consumer is looking to buy something,
